Uzumaki = greater regenerative properties, stronger Life Force, large chakra reserves.

Senju = Greater stamina, larger chakra reserves.

Both come down to the user... unless the shinobi is like Hashirama (ie, built-in ninjutsu via Mokuton), the effectiveness of the person comes down to their jutsu. Tobirama is all about precision / control (invented extremely complex jutsu like Hiraishin / Edo Tensei). Nagato used his chakra reserves to host Madara's Rinnegan. Naruto uses his stamina to spam large-scale jutsu without running out of stamina to overwhelm his opponents (and also host the Kyuubi, which he uses for the same purpose). Karin/Tsunade use their chakra to heal, and that healing is probably boosted by the Uzumaki clan's Life Force (Naruto's own life force, amplified by the Kyuubi's chakra, is enough to make the Mokuton grow, which supports the likelihood that the Mokuton naturally absorbs/channels Life Force).
