I believe so, but Uzumaki's specialized in Fuin Seals, anything can be improved. But fuinjutsu itself, I don't know if uzumaki's made. But i do believe the DEATH REAPER SEAL or wtvr its called is the uzumaki's tech in itself.

I wasn't saying I thought the uzumaki made fuuinjutsu, I was implying that they made Reaper Death Seal lol, thanx for your opinion
