Uzumaki Arashi.

Name posted in the place of Minato Namikaze on the frog scroll.
Is it a separate person? Is it an honorary Uzumaki name given to Minato?

And Naruto's last name 'Uzumaki' is from his mother's side as she is from the Uzumaki clan, making Naruto the direct descendant of the Uzumakis.

Uhm if you search for minato namikaze on that same site is going to tell you that the reason naruto is called naruto uzumaki is because the third hokage wanted to protect him since he was the fourth hokages son, so he was given his mothers last name instead of namikaze.

Idk about the arashi name though.
