Next to nothing honestly. Their trait is just big chakra reserves. That's about it hashirama is the only one with the infamous "senju DNA".

Uzumaki are partially Senju, but not full blooded. They are from the same Lineage aka the Senju lineage (as manga puts it), but the clans called the "SENJU CLAN" and "UZUMAKI CLAN" are completely different.
Senju clan has basically more "pure blood" and stronger/higher chakras.
Also, while Uzumaki covered only Fuinjutsu.. Senju pretty much covered everything, Fuinjutsu/ninjutsu/Genjutsu/Taijutsu/kenjutsu.. and so on.

Uzumaki Clan is great at using sealing Jutsu, while Senju clan were dominate at Nin,tai,gen. etc

Senju have strong psychical energy(Yang) They were never known for one particular set of justu and were known to be very versatile in all ninjustu aspects.
The uzumaki were known throughout the world for their mastery in funinjustu.
They too have strong psychical energy,but there vitality was so vast it let them live longer then the average human and it allows them to survive an extraction of the tailed beast. These two traits are something not even senju have.
It is also to note that hahirama was the exceptional Senju
Implanting any senju's DNA will not give you mokuton(No other senju had it) and it will not give you the same outrageous psychical energy properties of Hashirama.
It is Hashirama's psychical energy that allowed him to break edo tensei and as you can see in that very same chapter tobirama wasn't able to do it.Proving that the scale difference between Hashi and his counter parts is vast in scope.
Also yang is comprised of psychical energy and can translate into multiple things so any individual senju would of not had all the aspects that yang provides.
It could of given one good stamina and another crazy strength.
Or both to a modest degree.
