3 things:

1. Naruto has Kyuubi, but if Madara has Kyuubi, then I guess Nagato doesn't have Rinnegan?
2. Uzumaki stomp, because even if Madara has Kyuubi, Kushina uses chakra chains and seals him within Naruto.
3. Naruto, Nagato, and Tsunade murder them all.

I'm not being a fanboy. It simply goes like this. Madara fails at going ham with kyuubi, kyuubi gets captured and sealed in Naruto. Naruto succeeds in going ham, and fights Madara, while Nagato summons Gedou Mazou, and creates the huge spirit dragon that eats the souls of the Uchiha.
Im going to get flamed for this, but Uzumaki win 9 if not 10/10
