I think he knows. Considering that Shanks is keeping track of Luffy's bounty and Usopp is in the same crew. Honestly i don't know but i have a feeling that at some point Yasopp's seen Usopp's bounty.

Those and many more events made the Straw Hats famous and i'm pretty sure Yasopp reads the news and knows about what Luffy and his crew did. Usopp would also be on the news.
