Will Usopp ever face another good opponent ?

Cause I was really hoping for Usopp vs Trebol part 2
But we got Usopp knocking out Sugar from a K.O. freakout

I'm not actually Usopp is my 5th favorite StrawHat. We need some good opponents for the StrawHats. Cause Punk Hazard & Fishman Island were just fodders. Thank God for Dressrosa for some opponents that take 2-5 chapters to defeat.
