[Discussion] Usopp getting a gun?

I want him to get a gun instead of the slingshot he has. I believe for him to become the greatest sniper, he needs to drop his dumb attacks and not use plants to attack but bullets. He needs to be like his dad or Van Augur and use a gun to kill people from long distances instead of launching plants at them. In my opinion Usopp hasn't really improved that much since the time skip and needs to help out the crew more by becoming a bad ass sniper

As long as he can use his gun combined with the dial power and plants abilities, I wouldn't mind if he had a gun. But his slingshot is already pretty powerful tbh. He doesn't really need a gun when his slingshot has fire abilties and plants that are able to strangle people and what not.

Also the gun would need to be an addition, not a subtraction. The slingshot has more potential uses than a gun, a slingshot can sling anything. Guns only really shoot bullets.

Yeah I get what your saying but idk I don't really like the slingshot. I think a sniper needs to have a gun or maybe I'm just use to the stereotypical version of a sniper having a gun and shooting people from far away

Yeah that would work too or something because he sucks right now like I said. He can barley kill people and is more of a liability to his crew than making them a top notch pirate crew with a deadly sniper

yeah I've seen a good sized gap between Zoro/Luffy and Sanji and a massive gap between those three and the rest of the crew
