I grab three arrows from my quiver and infuse them with wind chakra before shooting them at you. Then I run diagonally to my right while throwing 10 wind infused senbon in an upward arc onto you.

Sasuke watches as the dark and mysterious man grabs three small weapons and launches it at Sasuke. Attacking already? Damn, this guy really likes to get into business. His response to the arrows was to create a shelter of earth to cover him and defend him against the earth technique. From behind, he could hear a loud thud where the arrows made contact with the earth defense. Hm, i'm guessing that isn't a normal arrow.
Sasuke sends his chakra in the air above the Nara, summoning a large boar-shaped lid to crash above his opponent and if successful, trap him inside. Sasuke did this right after creating the wall of earth, so that Shinon would not see where or what Sasuke was doing. Sasuke then channels chakra into his eyes, opens it, and reveals his Sharingan. "Fool, i know you're still there. What is your name, and what do you want?"

One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty

Shinon watches you cower behind an earthen shield and doesn't bother grabbing senbon when they'll do as much good as the arrows. Instead, he simply waves his hand horizontally, releasing several wind blades combining into one which bursts through your shield and carves deep cuts into your arms and chest after you've summoned the lid. Shinon glances up upon noticing the huge shadow cast over him. "He actually thought something like that can catch me? An amature mistake." he thinks while summoning a massive wind current within the lid with enough strength to stop the lid's decent and lift it 20 meters off the ground where it stays. He continues to circle you 6 meters away.
Don't misunderstand, this is merely a greeting. If you were to die somehow...well it's not my problem. It just means getting to know me was too much for you.

With the sharingan activated, Sasuke was easily able to tract the Nara even from behind the Earth wall. With his sharingan activated, he analyzes the chakra that was being motioned towards Sasuke. He realized it was a wind technique based on his analyzation from his sharingan. He waited for the technique to make contact with the earth technique, or at least be a few inches near the earth wall before attacking. When it was close enough, Sasuke motioned his left hand to the right, creating a blade of wind and timing it so that it would collide with your blade of wind right after it breaks through the Earth defense. Sasuke's wind technique easily overpowers your weakened technique and it continues on to you.
Once again, Sasuke gathers Futon chakra in his hands and releases it in the air, making his chakra into pure winds and shaping it into a blade. However, this blade of chakra was composed of different chakra. This technique was completely unblockable due to its intangibility, meaning that the Nara's only choice was to evade it. Sasuke aims this at his opponents arms, who was expelling the wind chakra in the air to hold up the lid.
Soon after releasing the blade of intangible winds, Sasuke quickly forms a single handseal and injects his chakra into his opponents mind. He casts a genjutsu, a genjutsu in which the targets sense of sight is completely denied to them. The world turned completely dim and black, about the same time the blade of wind would hit the Nara.
"Pretty strong, for someone who was able to hold my lid up. But, you are no where near the level of an Uchiha

That first wind blade wouldn't hit me since i'm running sideways and it would go where i used to be. Oh and the wind comes out of nowhere, not my arms.

"Well, about that. I only have 1T sharingan, so my genjutsu is not as awesome as it can be." Sasuke said, slightly embarrassed but still determined to win. "I will still beat you, Shinon. Don't get too cocky!"
Sasuke watches in disappointment as his plan to have the lid fall on his opponent failed. Such a shame... As he formulated his later plans, the ground beneath him began shaking. He could see chakra from the ground with his sharingan and knew something was going to come up. Before it happened, he channeled wind chakra in his left hand and made a mini vortex from that hand. He punched to the ground away from his opponent, making him fall back to long-range. As he landed, he sees mud, mud and tons of mud raining down on him. This guy sure does like to play... dirty. Sasuke raises his hand upwards but slightly angled to defend against the mudshots. He channels lightning chakra in his hand and shapes the lightning into a wall, defending him from the mudshots. This lightning wall eventually fades away after the impact. "Is that all you got?" Sasuke said with a smirk.
Sasuke channels his chakra underneath Shinon, creating a somewhat larger pool of water to appear underneath his opponent. He uses shape manipulation to shape the water into a pillar, which pushes his opponent in the air. The water on the pool that laid underneath his opponent shapes itself into many tiny bullets, which raises up and attacks Shinon. Then, when they are above Shinon, they reform into a dragon and quickly crash against Shinon with great force.
"What happened to your shadows? Hmph, and to think, you are a member of the Nara clan."

Shinon grins devilishly, enjoying the sight of a young Uchiha merely evading and blocking his attacks. He wouldn't ready Sasuke's grave just yet, not until he was finished toying with him. Shinon begins to approach you when he notices a pool of water form beneath him. Water bullets are shot from it but they only bounce off Shinon's rock armor. When the bullets start gathering together, Shinon simply waves his arm and splatters the water dragon. "Ahahaha! Pathetic! Just wait there, I'm coming for you!" He says as he sheds his armor and forms two handseals. A massive swamp in width and depth is formed ahead of Shinon, trapping you in the adhesive mud. Then he emits chakra from his feet to hover above the ground and start dashing towards you with skating motions. Jets of chakra are released from his legs to boost his acceleration greatly. While approaching you he grabs his bow, Seeker of Darkness, and seemingly shoots a mass of sharp shadows from it which spiral together to form a large spinning drill connected to the front of his bow. This drill approaches you at the speed of an arrow and pierces right through you, tearing your body apart. "Fear the man who rules over shadow!"

To perform it the user must emit a constant stream of chakra from the bottom of his feet which will make him hover just above the surface of the ground. The user then proceeds to emit stronger chakra streams from any side of his feet to act as a propellant and allow the user to seemingly skate across the ground. This can be done without moving but the user can gain speed faster by moving his body in a similar fashion to an ice skater. While on a level surface, the user can reach sprinting speed in 8 seconds if only propelled by chakra. Of course, this technique works on water as well.
