Before we start your lightning training i'll need you to tell me all you know about lightning release, also known as raiton.

Hidan: well for one when you use it it scares the crap out of me,secondly lightning is extremely fast when used correctly it can travel several times faster then the human blink,it is strong against earth and weak to wind,it can be channeled through you or through the sky itself if jutsu is used to make thunder clouds,and well its really cool cause it can paralyse opponents

That's about right. Here are some other facts for you to remember. Lightning jutsu are never as fast as natural lightning unless it controls natural lightning like Kirin. Raiton could be channeled through metal weapons to make them stronger and through water to electrify it. There are also KG that are a combination of raiton and other elements such as storm release.
Now that you have the basic knowledge, let's start the first jutsu. I want you to get a strong mental image of the essence of lightning (a description of lightning's characteristics) and concentrate on converting your chakra to the lightning nature. The description is a little weird but you did fine. Now i'll get right into teaching sets of 3 jutsu. Put a decent amount of effort into each one. There are plenty of wooden training dummies scattered around to practice your moves on. For the first one i want you to you hold out your hand and release lightning chakra into the air around you. Then have it manifest in the form of a electric field to block attacks with. Protect yourself from my clone.

*as i gather my Raiton chakra into the palms of my hand i hold them out,expelling raition chakra into the air infront of me,as the clone charges towards me i begin joining the chakra particals by making small eletrical currents jump between them,as i do this an eletrci field begins to form slowly,as the clone gets closer i focus harder,once all of my chakra has been join by the eletrcial current i send out a fast burst of raiton chakra,causing the current lightning field to burst to life into a large field of eletrical current,as the clone runs straight into it getting shocked*
hows that?
*repeating what i did in the first jutsu i make another eletrcial field infront of me,from there using my raiton chakra i i manipulate the field causing it to move to my will,infront of a training dummy i launch the field forwards wrapping itself around the training dummy,i then add another burst of raition chakra to the field to increase the fields power and eletrical current,thus igniting the training dummy as it turns to fire*
that one was kinda confusing with the pictures
*I stand infront of a training dummy channeling raition chakra into the palms of my hands,i slowly start to expell the raiton chakra into the air and edge it towards the training dummy,once i have three lines of raition chakra in the air,as if to spark the lightning i send a burst of raiton through my palm causing the eletrcial current to spark causing three bolts of lightning to travel along the raiton chakra in the air and leap forward striking the training dummy*
im finding lightning a little harder to explain then id first though,but hows those

They are ok but oddly performed. With the second one i wouldn't say the lightning wraps around anything but is instead directed towards your target as an electrical energy attack. With the third one the lightning should be generated on your hands using the raiton chakra and sent to your target, just like that. I'm sure it will get easier as we go along.
Alright, moving on to the c-ranks! ^^ For the jutsu below perform the Boar, Ram, Snake, Horse, and Dragon handseals. Then gather lightning in your hands and release it as a stream of lightning powerful enough to fry this wooden dummy. This jutsu works even better in conjunction with water jutsu.

*i gather my raiton chakra into the palms of my hands and then close them over each other,I begin forming raiton into a ball and hold my hands behind my back as they begin to spark with raiton ,once the ball is ready I turn to the dummy but talk to you,"forget hadoken,this is a kamaehamaeha!!!!!"and I unleash the raiton ball into the dummy and cause it to ignite on fire and become electrical*

I want you to run up the face of this cliff and perform the Snake handseal, an upside down Tiger handseal, and clap your hands together. Once you've done that release a wave of electricity into the rock above to break off chunks of it, crushing whoever is below you once the rock rains past you. This guy is your target and will be following you.

However, this is extremely location-based and needs to be done uphill of a mountain for it to work.
Next, raise your hand in front of you with your fingers strait. Gather raiton chakra in your hand and release it in the form of a large horn made up of several lightning bolts spread out. Fend these guys off with it.

With that done you utilize the chakra within it to levitate the sword before creating two more physical copies of it, also levitating. You should then control the blades to spin quickly and fly towards your target almost like shurikens. Find three dummies and slice through them with this move.
( Raiton: Inazuma ken Fudou ) - Lightning Release: Lightning Blades Levitation

I start by channeling lightning chakra into the base of my feet ,from there I begin running up the mountain with the clone hot on my heels,I then channel the chakra from my feet down to the mountain itself,as I keep running up I channel the chakra I front of my into the rocks and other debris,the expanding my chakra I cause the rocks to dislodge and begin falling down behind me crushing the clone
I channeling my raiton chakra into my two fingers and point it at the opponents in front of me,I then cause the raiton chakra to leave my fingers and create a lightning bolt in the shape of a horn,as it launches forward into the first opponent,I repeat it three more times dispatching of my opponents.
I don't have a sword so ill use my scythe.

Now simply hold out your hands and generate a wall of lightning in front of you for protection that will give a small shock to whoever touches it. Nothing new. Fend off these clones.

Onto to B-ranks! ^^ For the first one you release raiton into the the clouds above us and once it has entered the clouds you gather some of it into the form of a lightning bolt and have it fall onto your target. There are a group of trees nearby. Set three of them on fire by sending down three lighting bolts and striking the tops of the trees.

I gather my ration chakra into my hand and raise it into the air, as I do I begin releasing it into the clouds above, once there is enough I moulded my chakra with the clouds and begin to form light ing bolts, I wave my hand down causing my chakra to follow the path of my arm and strike downwards, three bolts emerge and destroy the trees causing the. To catch fire
I perform the hand seals and channeling my raiton into the ground, by manipulating the earth I cause three pillars the rise of of the ground around the locust, as the pillars buzz with raiton chakra I expand my chakra swiftly causing the raiton inside to jump from pillar to pillar causing light ing bolts to strike the locust repeatly
