Earth Release, or Doton, is one of the five basic elemental chakra natures. It is weak to lightning because lightning can easily travel through earth and destroy it. Doton is strong against water because water is liquid and earth is solid. Also because earth can absorb water. I don't think Earth has been used in combos with any other elements...
Doton is a component of Wood Release, Lava Release, and Dust Release.
Doton can be used in different ways. It can be used in hard solid rock form, it could also be used in a liquid mud form.

Arashi stands still and closes his eyes. Then he takes a deep breath and focuses on the earth. He creates some Doton chakra inside his body and then sends it into the ground to control it. Then, Arashi raises three small pillars. One is a cone shape, one is a cuboid shape and the other is cylindrical.
Good enough. After a while you'll start learning sets of jutsu.
For this next jutsu i want you to dig into the ground until you are beneath your target. Then reach out of the ground and try to pull him into the ground by the leg until only my head is on the surface, trapping him in the ground while you emerge from it. Pain needs to be useful here, try it on one of them. :heh:

Arashi focuses his earth chakra into the ground to make it soft. Then, he digs underground and reaches Pain. His arm emerges from the ground and grabs Pain's leg. Then Arashi drags Pain into the ground, while pushing himself up, until Pain's entire body (excluding his head) is pulled underground.
Alright. Now find a chunk of rock you can hold in one hand and use shape manipulation to shape the rock into staff. It is possible to create multiple staffs but you'll only need one for now. Fight off this guy.

Arashi grabs a large rock from the ground and holds it in his hand. Using shape transformation and his Doton chakra, he turns the rock into a long staff made of stone. He sees one of the Pains running at him with a kunai. Arashi uses the cane to knock the Kunai out of Pain's hand, thenuses it to whack him in the face.
Great. Here's a c-rank for you: Perform the Rat handseal and make several rock sections rise out of the ground surrounding your target. Then control them to form two larger sections you make come together and crush whatever is between them. There are a few wooden practice dummies around here. Try it on one of them.

Arashi concentrates on his earth chakra and performs the Rat handseal to create multiple large sections of rock to come out of the ground, near one of the practice dummies. He creates two larger sections that come together and crush the training dummy.
Add more detail in your replies and they will be perfect.

Arashi uses his Doton chakra to create some earth in his mouth. Then he uses shape transformation to turn it into a sticky glob of mud. After doing this, Arashi spits it out of his mouth, into Pain's face, ruining his day.
Arashi walks slowly into the large cave. He looks at the cave ceiling and manipulates it with his chakra, causing the rocks in the ceiling to loosen. Then the rocks fall apart, falling and crashing into the ground.
Arashi sees asura Path with a creepy smile on his face trying to sneak up on him. He turns around and performs the Tiger seal. The ground underneath Asura Path transforms into a flowing river of mud, causing him to fall In and sending him away from Arashi.
Arashi walks slowly into the large cave. He looks at the cave ceiling and manipulates it with his chakra, causing the rocks in the ceiling to loosen. Then the rocks fall apart, falling and crashing into the ground.

Arashi closes his eyes and then starts to do some handseals. He performs the Ram, Horse and Dragon seals. After he completes these handseals, he manipulates the mud from the technique he performed previously, shaping it into what looks like a dragon's head. The dragon gathers mud inside the it's mouth and then condenses it into small balls, then fires it at the Asura Path.

Arashi performs the Rat. Horse, DOg and Snake seals, causing multiple pillars of stone to emerge from the ground. He makes the pillars move so that the are around Pain, surrounding him and restricting his movement.

Of course it doesn't move very fast due to its thickness but the main purpose of this jutsu is to use it in conjunction with water jutsu in order to speed up the river's flow or to make water jutsu muddy and more forceful. Try it out.

Using his earth chakra, Arashi creates a thick, slow-moving river of mud on the ground. He doesn't know any water jutsu so he can't speed up the flow of the river.

Alright. This jutsu is a bit different since it involves energy flowing through the earth called dragon veins. First, perform the Rabbit, Boar, Rat, Horse, Tiger, and Snake handseals before channeling concentrated doton chakra from your palms into these veins, harnessing the energy. Once that's done you'll be able to manipulate a huge section of the ground to rise up before splitting the entire thing in half, creating a chasm. These guys need to be kept apart. Stop the violence! :T_T:

Next, perform the Snake handseal and slam your palm on the ground to cause it to break up and toss bits of rock, dirt, dust, etc into the air. It is mostly used as a distraction or smokescreen. Asura's after you again. Use the jutsu to escape for now.

For this one perform the Snake handseal followed by the seal of confrontation. (in the pic) Then simply create rock encasing your arm like a large fist before hitting Asura with your strongest punch. Go for a K.O.

Perform the last two jutsu again. You forgot to slam your hand on the ground for the first one and you need to describe the whole process of each jutsu like how earth is created from your chakra and the hardness of it.
