Looks like we have a returning student. This should go smoothly then. Before we get to your fuuton training, let's see what you know. Tell me all you know about wind release. Include it's uses, forms, elemental strengths and weaknesses, related Kekkei Genkai, and possible results when mixed with other elements such as Katon.
Wind Release is the element that allows us to create and manipulate wind. When we think of wind we think of something that is fast, free flowing, unpredictable, and strong. This is because it adds to strength and to some extent, speed. Also, when being released from the body to deal damage, it needs to be compressed, tight and sharp as to cut directly through its target and to not swing off course.
Advantages of wind are that it is stronger than lightning because when its used against it it nullifies the excited electrons from lighting as wind is good at changing surroundings. It can also be mixed with water and/earth to create a devastating combination of attacks. Wind is the basis behind all powerful and scourging, accurate, sharp attacks that are able to slice and pierce.
It's disadvantages are that it can easily be countered by itself and some techniques can be easy to dodge. It is also very ineffective against fire, because if fire is big enough wind just fuels the fire with more oxygen and it spreads the flames and could potentially deal more damage back to yourself.
Well.. known users of wind release are Temari, Naruto, Sora, Asuma, Gaara, Oonoki etc.

I haven't dropped you yet? Well, let's get on with it then. You know the drill.
Since you've never molded fuuton chakra before start by acquiring a strong mental image of the nature of wind (a description of wind's characteristics) and mold a portion of your chakra to mimic that nature. The basic technique requires you to focus a small amount of fuuton chakra in your lungs used to produce a simple stream or wind blast exhaled from your mouth. The same can be done by sending the chakra to your limbs and releasing it in the form of wind. Though weak, this technique has many applications aside from offence. Try out each method on...this guy.

A stream of wind blows out from his mouth. This, makes the pein lose his manga and nearly kills it.
Then, he molds some more Fuuton Chakra and then passes it in both of his hands. Then he throws his hand forward and with lots of energy releases the chakra and a stream of wind advances towards the pein and devastates him.

A gust is a quick, rushing wind. That jutsu it is meant to blow sand over an area so peopel moving over the layer of sand would have difficulty keeping their footing. Mostly on narrow surfaces. How's that?
Okay, i got it. And will make this one a little dramatic.
Two unknown enemies are standing in front of Itachi. The place is a desert with some Weird looking trees here and there. The sand is blowing everywhere and Itachi understood that they have a Texas standoff out here. He is one against two, so odds are against him. Suddenly an opponent takes out a sword and the other jumps on a tree.
Itachi channels Fuuton chakra and releases it around his body, then he creates a strong gust of wind that blew the sands in the eyes of the one with the sword and the sand also blows and layers on the trees and rocks making it difficult to have a footing. The one with the sword is immediately out of fight as he is dancing all around and the other one fell off the tree probably because he slipped due to the loose layer of sand on the branches. Itachi looks up at the sky and a wind blows his hairs making his victory more majestic.

Nicely done. Let's see if you're ready for sets of three. For this jutsu release fuuton chakra in ahead of you and produce wind manipulated to form a spinning wall with slight cutting ability. It should be strong enough to repel shuriken and taijutsu alike. Now defend yourself.
