[Suiton] Ushiro and Water

My training method is straightforward: Perform the jutsu on the targets i give you (usually Pein and their summons) demonstrating your understanding of the jutsu from beginning to end. Feel free to ask if you have any questions.
First, perform the Ram, Snake, and Tiger handseals while sending suiton chakra into the sky above your target. Then convert the chakra into flammable oil, not water, in mist form. Finally, disperse it, causing oil to fall like rain and cover the area below. Find a Pein or two to try it on. Burn them for their crimes against fashion!
(Suiton: Kokuun) - Water Style: Black Clouds

Description:After performing the Ram → Snake → Tiger hand seals the user creates a flammable black mist that forms a small cloud. The user can then move the cloud above their target and disperse it, covering the target in flammable oil.
Next, perform the Boar, Dog, and Ram handseals. Then simply produce a large amount of water from a certain area of the ground. You should then direct the flow of the water where you want it to go while controlling the extent at which the water spreads. Fill up this pool for me.

Description: After performing the required hand seals Boar → Dog → Ram the user creates a waterfall by developing spring water in a place without water veins and manipulating the resulting water current to form a wave. This is a very convenient technique as it can be used for training or relaxation. On the other hand, because it changes the environment on a large scale, it also has the effect of hiding one's location from the enemy by confusing them. The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.
Now i want you to create a water clone before turning it back into water and manipulating the water into the form of four pointed projectiles that you shoot towards you target. Poke holes in someone.

I first preform the Ram → Snake → Tiger hand seals projecting my chakra into the air and the converting it to suiton chakra. Making it light and airy forming clouds of black color. I then make the chakra inside the clouds sticky and flammable and will it to drop from the clouds over one of the pains. Throwing a bomb kunai igniting the black rain and burning them to crisp.

I then preform the hand seals Boar → Dog → Ram, focusing my suiton chakra into the ground making veins of water where there wasn't any at first. I then manipulate the chakra to spring up getting wider and wider with more chakra begin to flow faster as waves start to form, it then begins to full up the nearby pool as it is half of its potential size.

Nod bad. Now strike your target with a combination of punches and kicks, resulting in your target being lifted into the air. Afterwards gather water chakra in your hand and swing it towards your target, releasing the chakra as a crescent shaped blade of water slashing him. Find a Pein/punching bag to try it on.

Next, simply create water beneath your target that surges upwards and lifts him into the air, making him more vulnerable to additional attacks. Try it out.
