User of Space/Time MS never go blind?

though the databook says that the user of the ms goes blind, even in kakashis case, it seem that space/time user are not going blind.

Sasuke went blind after a few days when he used his mangekyou too much. itachi was also almost bling after using the ms a few times. kakashi even mentioned that itachi sight became worser after one tsukuyomi. yet kakashi used kamui over 100 times, even now he is spamming it. tobi used kamui and the space time techniques every day, over years. but he isnt going blind.

whats the difference? why user of space time techniques are not going blind?
maybe they change the time on their body when using space time tchniques, they manipulate the time and so the process of blindness is slower.

MS Kamui takes a toll of Kakashi after he uses it, Obito seems to use it to a full extent because he is an Uchiha

Itachi: Used his MS for 9 years and didn't spam it like Sasuke

Sasuke: We can assume that he had it for a few months, and I'm guessing that spamming Susanoo every time he had a battle was the reason he went blind so quickly

Kakashi: He hasn't used Kamui that much up until this battle, so I'm guessing he's O.K., although he probably won't be great by the end of the war

Obito: Yah he's had MS for 17 years, why hasn't it gone blind yet? It's stupid, but it's probably because of his Senju DNA U_U
