If I use a bookmark to reach th user CP quicker NB asks me to log in first but if I go to the forums section I find myself logged in already.
If I go to the user CP with the button in the top bars, everything appears normal to me.

Is the problem in NB or in the bookmark?

Mind telling me where I can find on which server I'm on?
Home > Scroll down to the bottom of the page > You should see something like this: "© 2007 - 2013 NarutoBase (ナルト ベース) - All rights reserved.
Connected with server: kiyose - Theme art by CasualMisfit"

Some of the servers are having issues, I think. I had trouble with a lot of forum options last night, but the admins fixed it, and I'm not on a different server.

I was having a similar problem yesterday. When I tried accessing somewhere in the RPG forum, it said I needed to log in (It was somewhere around the CJ's section) but when I clicked on other forums, I was already logged in. Its not really a big deal for me.
Its got to be a server problem though. I'm connected to sendai.

I'm not sure I understand.
You are logged out. You go to the usercp via a bookmark. It takes you to a login. You login. No problems? That sounds like it's working fine.
