Use of amaterasu and kamui

Amat/kamui has been criticized for being slow in burning/warping objects with considerable size.....but imo against dojutsu users thet could still be considered critical and threatening....
for if users of these ms abilities aim for others eyeballs with precision they could practically neutralize those dojutsu abilities quickly as eyeballs are basically thr source of most dojutsus....
The targets would be kinda small so long range kamui would take less time and less chakra to be effective.....tho im not sure whether amaterasu could hv such precision...

Of course, they are still counterable with speed/preta path...etc...

No because madara proved that once you've unlocked EMS, you can use the techniques without the eyes. For a normal MS user, this could work in theory

With the only exception being susanoo ryt? We dunno abt other techs yet.....tho its still kina ambiguious whether blind madara could still absorb chakra via preta path
