Unless you're missing medals that numbers not right. He won gold 11 of 13 medals. That's 84.6% not 73.3% unless you're taking new medals into account with that 73.3 number.

Bolt

In some phelps races he wasn't the favorite, he won by sheer tenacity
Yeah, I mean who breaks a world record while show boarding?? 100m is a race of split seconds decisions yet comes a guy who shows off at the end stages of the race meanwhile other guys are popping their eyes out.

In terms of accolades or wins, Phelps is the greatest ever, in terms of sheer superiority to others: BOLT is a beast.

I think Bolt strike alot more fear into his opponents than Phelps.

Bolt's World Records are insane, and the way he plays with his competitors is even worse

Phelps has been great for a longer period than bolt and even after his prime he still beats people thru sheer willpower. I wouldn't wanna be in a race against that guy

Bolt definitely strikes more fear. I mean this guy is actually fooling around in high speed races, races where even a millisecond makes a difference.

Also in all his individual events he has done nothing but Gold.

Phelps though rn with 21 Gold and counting is a monster, so careerwise it's tough.

Better with someone who was shocked a few times than a guy who never won anything but Gold. If he doesn't win it means he is disqualified. The guy always slows down and show boards at the end of the race while breaking records(not assisted by winds etc.) meanwhile some Phelps records were helped by disqualified swimming suits.
