Stupid parents, imo. Giving a 5 y/o boy a real rifle, with real bullets as a present. And then storing that weapon in the open, giving the boy access to it whenever he wanted it.

So, is it just me, or do people seem to be getting stupider?

I hope the parents are held criminally liable for their actions and punished severely by the law. Although, they didn't actually didn't shoot their daughter. It was because of their negligence which unintentionally caused this situation.

The son, cannot be held liable because his just too young and not fully aware of the consequences of his actions. Any court will not be trialing him but the parents for being soo bloody stupid.​
