im just imagining the fight if ichigo vs uryu. Uryu steal ichigo shinigami bankai powers and ichigo will have to fight with his small sword(quincy power sword). then he beats Uryu and get's is bankai back.

Ichigo beating Uryu without his bankai is a big fat **** you to Uryu. I hope they paths cross much later..

Ichigo- He has access to all his powers now, which is now greater than the power he showed when he beat Aizen.

Ex head captain- His spirt energy alone can burn anyone alive and when he uses bankai his aura alone can scorch even strong people.

Kenpatchi- He's been fighting at 20% all this time. Yet he had the most powerful energy in all the captains.

I don't think anyone can steal Ichigo's bankai. He's not really a soul reaper. His soul reaper powers are just his hallow and Quincy powers. Even if they do he could just use the Quincy final form (final getsuga)
