Uryuu is not evil and I truly believe it was confirmed by this chapter. Juha used that election so all eyes went on uryuu and so now if uryuu had any plan of telling ichigo he no longer could. Also that's probably why he didn't go to hueco Mundo with ichigo and crew because he was threatened by juha to destroy everything. I mean he laid waste to soul society and hueco Mundo so that was probably just a demonstration for uryuu either come to us or kankura town will be destroyed. And if he try's anything the other vandinriech can swoop in. I really feel bad for him because now he has no choice but to serve as juhas lacky........wait, doesn't Mayuri still have those sensory bacteria in uryuu?

Yeah, but what about Mayuri's bacteria remember against syzeal apporro, or whatever his name is, Mayuri told ishda that he placed bacteria in his body for observation so what if they are still there and uryuu knows it? Uryuu then would be feeding info to soul society without juha even knowing that would be totally awesome. But then I think maybe in the end juha will find out and will kill ishda out of rage and ichigo will go manslaughter on juha and the Quincy would be no more.
