Something that I have realized is that if Sasaki went and left the CCG the next chapter the Q's will still be pretty solid. I am pretty sure that Saiko will be kidnapped, but Shirazu, Mutsuki, and Urie are all really strong investigators.
Sasaki taught them both very well even if in different areas of combat. Some of them even habe mentors.

Shirazu has that guy who used to partner with Arima
But does Urie have a mentor??? If not who do u think will be Urie's Mentor if Sasaki left? My vote is for Arima :hooray: Urie has already been instructed in Arima's sword style and Arima is the one that Ok'd Urie's Frame removal surgery.
