I don't think the role would be that minor, besides why reveal the identity of someone for something like that? If the character was purely to be used as foreshadowing future events, then it would make more sense to conceal his identity similar to how Pain was concealed until his arcs were introduced. Plus it was confirmed that this character was supposed to be in the Boruto movie originally, but was cut due to time/budget constraints.

I think that he is a scout on the ground who will enter the battle with Kara, an occasional passer-by will kill him, this is Kawaki, and Urashiki will be distracted! Kawaki will lose consciousness, and Kara will kidnap him, then Momoshiki and Kinshiki will arrive to Earth and will have time to take the corpse of Urašhiki from the hands of Kara

I’m sure it’s flashback, they did say he was suppose to be in boruto movie but they also said they wanted to go into ootsusuki history more thoroughly but couldn’t because ya know, time


My last guess is Urashiki visits Toneri on the moon while momoshiki & kinshiki are on earth getting rekt
