We saw Kinshiki to be hit with Chojuro needles like projectiles coming from his sword. Later in databook its explained those needles disrupt chakra network so Kinshiki wasn't really able to use jutsus properly plus he was sealed and immobilised shortly after.

He faced Sasuke 2 times he was having upper hand each time.

His speed is on pair with Sasuke.
His strength is superior.
His durability is superior (tanked Chidori blade something Sasuke won't be able to do without some kind of defense ) .
He too can travel dimensions like Sasuke.
He can absorb chakra.

He has huge chakra reserves and has Byakugan I don't see PS as something he can't crush in manner Kaguya did.

But I don't really care who is stronger between those 2

Kaguya had 80 thousand Gods Vacuum Blast; which is called one of the strongest taijutsu attacks; by the Databook.

Nothing in Kinshiki's arsenal compares to that.

But chidiro/Enton blade casually destroy hisnchakra weapons without those he's nothing to Sasuke really. Kinshiki destroying Sasukes perfect defense susanoo is a fairly tale and bad joke honestly.
