[Discussion] Urahara???

For some reason, I'm not super hopeful in seeing Urahara's Bankai. He didn't join the group headed to the Soul Palace, and although he was working with the Vizored and Yourichi's brother(?), it just seems like he'll stay on the outskirts in a support role. The fact that we didn't even see his Bankai against Chrysalis-Aizen, where he seemed to be the most personally-invested into the battle, makes me think seeing his Bankai against the Sternritter is even less of a possibility.

Its just really irritating that we might never get to see it. He has been my favorite character since I started watching the series and he is still somewhat shrouded in mysteries. Do you guys think we will get to see it and if so when?

With the pace bleach is progressing, I am positive that we might see it in fight with Yhawch (as he is super scary,out of the dimension powerful) and ichigo is not strong enough to beat him alone, he will have urahara and ishida to support him and that might be time for kubo to make urahara reveal his bankai.

Yeah it would be nice to see it.... I had a theory once that he was probably a Wildcard kinda villain for the ending of the manga because of the mystery behind him..... I later forgot about that theory though xd

Kubo wrote himself into a corner with Bankais. I doubt we see it. I was looking for it with the Aizen fight, hell all three former captains who fought Aizen, but nothing. Shame, because his bankai and Isshin's are hyped to high hell.

Why would kubo not show it? He did not write himself into a corner we still have a long way to go.before the manga ends...didn't kubo say the enemies numbers will increase?

I feel you we all have that character that we are like Kubo WTF. Just show the dang thing already.
