So talk leg weights to me
Leg weights are special weights that Rock Lee trained to increase his speed after getting his normal speed/body use to having the increased weight. In our RP after you get use to the weights you can move at normal speeds with them on and with them off doubles your speed and is a blur almost in real life to non doujutsu users. Kicks also get a +20 in damage as well. All EIG users get LW by default as well.

Be sure to note it only increases your running speed. Once you get their, your attacks are normal speed.

These going on my Skarlet (blood eye) bio

Skarlet puts on the weights and starts running climbing and practing with the weights on.

After 1 month of doing pushups, running, climbing mountains, kicking dummies, lunges and squats with the leg weights on Skarlet would get use to the leg weights being on her body.
