Updating some stuff

Can we update some of the older rules threads? It can be quite confusing for newer people as well as a tad annoying.

Threads that require a bit of updating:

Bio deaths have no longer counted as stated by Mugi in a hospital thread. The Sasori and Third Kazekage rule has not been in use for a while. The custom sensory bio rule needs to be updated so that it says we need Rei's permission to make a custom sensor. We should also re-write some of these rules up as well.​

(Either do a full replacement of it with the Biography Rules section, including all the rules, or update it)

A lot of these rules really need to be updated, Fuuinjutsu requires permission, Lava rules need to be updated, Ranton rules need to be updated, Ice rules need to be really updated, Kaguya rules need to be updated, CM rules need to be updated (Please include the cannon rules regarding CM as well as that only Nexus has permission to give it), Six Paths of Pain are on hold, Deidara needs to have the last little note removed about having to train with Sensei Ace, Jinchuuriki list needs to be updated, Hiruko is no longer banned, Human Puppet rules for Sasori need to be updated, Oro rules are fine but the Biography Rules section needs to be updated with the requirement for Nexus' permission to make the bio, Kabuto needs to have a Biography rules thread.​

Rules on the first post are in need of minor updates, B-Rank's chakra/damage points are off, C-Rank's chakra/damage points are off, the rule about making a custom jutsu of a known element need to be enforced.​

Also, to make it abundantly clear to people who believe that their jutsu cannot be declined without a reason, well, you're wrong -_-

NB's moderators have every right to deny any move we wish without true explanation, because some techniques submitted do not reach a certain criteria that we feel should be accepted. Please do not complain, please do not argue, just take it as it is and please move on by creating something else. Most Jutsus however will state a reason why a technique or custom will not be accepted.

Either get rid of it or make it somewhat useful again since Bio Deaths don't count anymore. CM's can be added right onto a bio now.​
