Also the ability they have to casually jump between universes and a higher plain of existence called the Metaverse gives them speeds that are literally incomprehensible by man, putting light to shame. Planets have been nothing since DB chapter 187, page 5 when vegeta declared, when weakened and I quote "I will destroy this world and everyone on it!!!" They are only limited, on lower levels (Pre-Frieza appearance) by how much they can manifest, but their power is so overwhelming by that point that destroying worlds, Suns, planets are such casual acts it's a shame to even put that as a limit or a substantial feat. It'd be like popping a balloon for us, for Captain Ginyu to destroy a world.
