LUL That section is so old. btw, that doesn't exist anymore, it has been replaced by the Jutsu section.

i have such a smart senpai, i'm so proud

its as Xanthe and the others have said. The jutsulist website was replaced with a section on the main narutobase forums which allows it to be more easily and quickly updated.
