Looks: Like the picture except with a larger, rectangular arrow case; a crossbow at his hip, a belt holding pouches of equipment; and a longer, black cape. He wears a pair of goggles around his neck dark enough to prevent things like flash bombs from effecting his vision. When going to battle lightweight armor covers his arms, torso and legs matching the lower leg armor in the picture. It could block thrown shuriken but only lessen the damage done by a sword. When around members of the Luciano family he is seen wearing a suit.
Personality: Shinon is a self-absorbed and arrogant person. His high intellect makes him feel superior to others which is apparent when he speaks, typically with a sarcastic tone. Shinon prefers to take his time and make sure a task is done properly. However, tasks he doesn't want to do are rushed through. Helping others is not one of his priorities unless it is for a just cause or personal gain. Shinon maintains a rational mindset but there are times when his overconfidence causes him to make bad decisions.

Background History

Shinon was born into the Nara clan of Konohagakure. As a child he had a easygoing attitude and enjoyed a life of relaxation. He had always been fond of reading, music, and especially hunting. He was mentored for a short time by an old man named Innes who guided him though the basics of hunting, trap making, and archery. Shinon loved archery and would practice often after receiving his own bow and arrows.
From an early age there were indications that Shinon would turn out to be someone unique. Whenever he was taught something new, he would seem to automatically understand it with no trouble later on. He was also capable of solving puzzles designed for people several years older than him. Some even called him a prodigy but Shinon was indifferent towards his analytical talents and tried to live out his childhood as any kid would.
At the age of 10, Shinon graduated from the ninja academy after much coaxing from his clan members to get enrolled in the first place. His squad members were Gatrie Akimichi and Llyana Yamanaka, forming an Ino-Shika-Chō trio. Both of his teammates ate a lot, something which Shinon often criticized them for and forced him to hide his food at times. For some reason, no matter how much Llyana ate, she didn't seem to gain weight; unlike Gatrie who was big, overweight, and would fight with Llyana over food. Despite their frequent arguments, they made an excellent team.
When Shinon was 12 years old he noticed a boy 4 years younger than him who would watch him practicing his archery. The boy's name was Rolf and he wanted Shinon to teach him how to use a bow. Shinon was annoyed by him at first and refused, but Rolf was persistent. Eventually Shinon agreed to teach Rolf and began to think of him as his little brother.
Nine years later Shinon is a successful hunter-nin known for his skill with a bow and the Nara clan's jutsu. Him and his former teammates agreed that they needed to become stronger individually so they decided to leave Konoha and start their lives anew. Gatrie went to Iwagakure, Llyana to Kirigakure, and Shinon to Kumogakure. He also occasionally visited Amegakure. They promised to meet every couple of years to share tales and reminisce. Shinon was eventually invited to join an organization called the Luciano family which he accepted.

Water: Shinon's mastery of water release allows him to perform water jutsu with a single handseal.
Wind: Shinon has a natural affinity for wind that allows him to perform wind jutsu faster. Slight changes in wind speed and direction can be noticed as well.
Shadows: After years of practicing the Nara clan's shadow jutsu, Shinon can skillfully manipulate shadows with hardly any effort.
Archery: Shinon's skill with a bow is unmatched in shooting speed and accuracy whether day or night. With honed visual perception and naturally perfect eyesight, even flies make easy targets for him. As a master of the Sniper Arts, Shinon exhibits increased tracking speeds which helps him keep up with faster targets.
Hunting Instinct: From his experiences with hunting, Shinon has a habit of moving silently and using senses other than sight to locate his enemies, though this is still a far cry from people like the Inuzuka clan. He also has some knowledge of trap-making.

A bow called the Seeker of Darkness is kept on his back. Without it he has a regular bow with the same design and a small scroll to summon the other one. He carries a rectangular case filled with metal arrows that have various customizations including arrows that follow a curved path instead of strait, some containing hidden explosives, and others with different arrowheads. His arrows can all be used with the Shadow Imitation Shuriken Technique along with his other tools.
Besides the standard ninja tools Shinon carries senbon, two tanto, a powerful crossbow that folds in to save space, and flash bombs that can release light for several seconds. Sometimes he would also bring a giant fan with him.

Description: This sacred bow has been passed down through generations of the Nara clan. It is pitch black with a bladed edge on the front of it and it made of lightweight but durable metal capable of having chakra channeled into it. It was said to have been originally white and gained its dark color by absorbing the chakra of its owners which in turn increases their skill in manipulating shadows. While in possesion of the bow the user's shadow jutsu won't require handseals. They can be "shot" from the bow or its shadow by drawing and releasing the bowstring. The speed of the jutsu shot is increased to that of a flying arrow and is allowed to reach long range. This bow also heightens the restricting ability of shadow jutsu. If a non-Nara clan member willingly touches the bow, he won't be able to move until he is separated from it.
