Appearance
Hei seems to be a young man, with black hair and dark blue eyes. When off duty, Hei can be seen in the casual attire. When operating in undercover missions, Hei wears a black trench coat with red trim and Akatsuki Clouds. Under the coat is a standard Anbu Uniform, full of supplies. To complete his look, he wears a white mask to cover his face. The mask has a purple "bolt" that crosses his right eye and has a plain look to it. Under the coat is an array of weapons ranging from needles to combat knives and wires. Hei also has a standard Akatsuki Outfit that he hardly ever wears.​

Personality
Hei was an unexpectedly softhearted, kindly individual who is quick to give compliments but loath to accept them. He appears to care very little for his own well-being, much less his dignity, and is therefore often put in situations that give him the impression of being goofy or eccentric. He is Slow to anger and apparently a bit of a pacifist, Hei would much rather talk out disputes than fight, frequently doing so even while he himself is under vicious attack. Chief among his personality traits appears to be his hopeless romanticism, given his propensity for spouting sappy lines about his love for an unknown women, his readiness to weep openly over her and his charming treatment of women in general. Hei lacks the ambition of others, clearly content to take his time dealing with things that do not demand urgency.

After the death of his family Hei became cold and dark, frustrated by the lack of justice in the world. Hei had become decisive and is driven to achieve his ambitions, without faltering one bit in his beliefs. Despite staining his hands with the blood of the people that he's killed, this extreme action can be said as a result of his unmoving resolve to rid the world of evil and bring his family back to life.

Age of his Youth: The young man who would later go on to be known as The First Officer of Kumogakure grew up during "The Age of Shinobi Wars" where clans where in an endless fight for dominance. Hei lived in the capital of the whirlpool country, in the Village of Uzushiogakure home of the Uzumaki Clan. As a youth, Hei was a very skilled Shinobi, he was the twenty-third house shinobi of a renowned Ninja and the Leader of Uzushiogakure. Hei's code-name was known simply as "Black Reaper". Although Hei held a high position for his age. Most of his Clansmen looked down upon him. This was do to his Genetic Disorder that made his hair black instead of his clans trademark red hair.

True Love and Despair: In his later years, Hei meet The love of His life, Trisha a Non-Shinobi who lived across from his home. Trisha is personally responsible for bringing about changes in Hei's worldview. Having discovered a person with whom he truly and deeply connected, Hei fell immediately in love with Trisha and began to desire a normal life so as not to be left existing without her. Hei quit being a Ninja in order to live his normal life. Trisha and Hei married and had there first son, Miki. A few years later there second son was born, Hazeo. This new lifestyle quickly fell around Hei fast. and despite loving his family and not caring about the wars that raged around the ninja world. Hei was asked to join the "Special Assassination and Tactical Squad" Being convinced that his skills are needed and would help keep his family out of harms way, Hei joined the Special Assassination and Tactical Squad, that take orders directly from the leader of the Clan, performing special high-level missions, such as assassinations and torture. The SATS usually work in teams formed to the requirements of the mission, ensuring maximum success. The shinobi in the STAS are hand-picked by the Clan leader and are chosen for their individual capabilities and special skills. Age, gender, background, or previous rank bear no weight in this decision. This proved as a High honor to Hei. One night after returning from a recon mission, Hei and his team found that the Village had been attacks. and partly destroyed. Hei and his SATS team quickly entered the village. Hei found his house in ruins and the bodies of his family. Completely devastated Hei quit the STAS and entered a state of depression.

Birth of Konohagakure: In Hei's absents, The Senju and Uzumaki clans join together with the aid of other clans to form the Village hidden in the leafs. Both Clans being distant blood relatives whom they retained strong connections with. For this reason it was decided that Konoha-nin uniforms have the symbol of Uzushiogakure emblazoned on its back. Hashirama's whom is elected the leader of this new village will marry an Uzumaki, further strengthening their ties. During this time, Hei stays out of political matters and feeds into his depression of the loss of his family. Hei studying in with old scrolls plans on developing a Fuuinjutsu that will somehow bringing his family back from the dead. with the studies of Uzumaki Fuuinjutsu and working long and hard. Hei began his development of a new technique. Over the next few years Hei worked on his formula, with the knowledge of Fuuinjutsu and the secrets of the Uzumaki clans records. After the death of the First Hokage, Tobirama was elected to be the Second Hokage of the leaf village. it seems despite Hei's secrets and working in the shadows, the First Hokage was keeping tabs on him. This knowledge became known to Tobirama after his election to office. Tobirama took a liking to Hei's work and funded him with money and prisoners in order to design, complete and prefect this Jutsu. Upon the final steps Tobirama revised the jutsu and decided not to share it's completion with Hei as the risk of the jutsu is to much. Marking it a Kinjutsu.

Lies and Deceit: Unknowing to Hei that the Jutsu has been complete, Tobirama hides information from Hei but allows him to continue working on the formula. over a series of months Hei begins to feel that maybe this Jutsu is a dream that can never be achieved. Tobirama informs Hei that he will not be able to continue aid in his research and will need to cut funds for other deeds. Surprise to see that Tobirama would so suddenly cut funds on a jutsu he has put so much time and effort into made he wonder if Tobirama might be hiding something from him. Believing that himself and Tobirama had become friends over the years of work together, Hei simply asks Tobirama if he is in fact holding out on him. Tobirama quickly reply on how foolish that would be and that there is no reason for him to before quickly leaving. Hei seen right though Tobirama and was shocked that Tobirama would hide information from him. Deep in the Night, Hei want back to the Lab outside of Konohagakure in order to find if any proof of Tobirama's deceit. Upon nearing the lab Hei found 2 anbu members entering the lab, thinking that his secret might be let out, Hei quickly entered behind them and quickly killed the first and captured the second. With his torturing skills learned from the SATS from his days in Uzushiogakure, Hei extracted the information about who sent them and how did they know the labs location. After finding out that Tobirama sent them to destroy the lab. Hei killed the remaining Anbu and headed back to the village.. Being confronted by Tobirama before he returned, Hei asked why Tobirama would withhold the information from him. Tobirama told Hei that it is foolish and selfish to bring back the dead and it should never be done because the risks are to great. Tobirama continued to order Hei to never continue the research of this Jutsu.

The Unknown Battle: After hearing the Hokage's orders to never use the jutsu. Hei became enraged, not wanting to have to continue living without his family Hei refused the Hokage and decided to leave Konohagakure. Not wanting to make the same mistakes as his Brother, Tobirama attacked Hei in order to protect the village from danger. records of the fight where never taken down and Tobirama thought it best to keep it that way. what is known is that the fight was short and Tobirama believed Hei to be dead. Somehow Hei had pulled a fast one on Tobirama and escaped. Hei headed to the Land of Lightning to the village of Kumogakure. It was there that Hei worked in the shadows and swede the tides to the alliance between the 2nd Raikage and 2nd Hokage. Hei then causing a war to begin, caused the deaths of hundreds. Then by using the famed brothers Kinkaku and Ginkaku forced Tobirama to face them in combat. The death of Tobirama meant that Hei gained the revenge that he wanted and with the 3rd Hokage not knowing of Hei's existence aided in Hei obtaining the scrolls that help the formula of what is now known as the Second Hokages Kinjutsu, Edo Tensei.

Hidden Within The Shadows: After the death of Tobirama Senju, also known as the 2nd Hokage. Hei continued studying Ninjutsu, primarily working out of Kumogakure, Hei made many trips to the Uzumaki Homeland and Konohagakure in order to collect notes. During this time, Hei became antiquated with Orochimaru, a young Shinobi from Konohagakure interested in the arts of Kinjutsu. After trading Information with Orochimaru, Hei obtained the Curse Seal of Heaven. In return Orochimaru gain the knowledge needed for him to destroy the leaf village, with his new Kinjutsu... Edo Tensei. Hei at this point left Konohagakure and went back the his Homeland. After Orochimaru's Defeat. Hei heard of Orochimaru's weakening state and style of false Immortality. Hei then took it upon himself to find Orochimaru. Upon meeting Orochimaru within one of his hideouts, Hei spoke with Orochimaru about the errors of his ways, and for a dying man, decided to give his old friend one last gift. The secrets to the Reaper Death Seal and the key to unlocking Souls trapped within. In return, Orochimaru told him of a rare Blood style Ninjutsu and one of his experiments that can use it. knowing it would be of interest to Hei.

Blood of a God: After learning about this rare Blood Ninjutsu, Hei realized what Orochimaru must have already learned. The Key to Immortality may very well be hidden within it's wisdom. Hei then traveled to Kumogakure, in attempts to finish what Orochimaru failed to do the last time Orochimaru released the 8-Tailed Beast. Upon finding the Ninja, he had no plans on reviling anything in spite of Hei's threats. The Man attacked Hei and started a major battle that destroyed masses of area's around the land of lightning. Hei finally managed to kill the man. but was unable to learn the was of this Blood Ninjutsu and thous his plans on finding out Immortality where lost, at least, for this lead. Hei was was soon found by a shinobi known as Kirabi.

Attack on Kumogakure: Now, face to face with Kirabi, the 8-tailed Jincuuriki, Kirabi recognizing Hei's Mask from story's learned from his "Brother" A and "father" the 3rd Raikage. Quickly realizing Hei was the one responsible for the deaths of the 2nd Hokage and Raikages, and the entire War or Konohagakure and Kumogakure. Kirabi attacked after making some stupid rap. Hei already weakened from his previous fight was locked in combat with another powerful shinobi. Still, Hei's overwhelming Skill proved to be trouble for Kirabi forcing the Jinchuuriki to completely transform into the beast within. Hei continued to fight the monster eventually killing Kirabi, just clinging to life Hei added the Shinobi's DNA to his stock, and used it to create a powerful pawn for his Edo Tensei.

[Fuuinjutsu] Curse Seal of Heaven
The first state of Hei's curse mark is rather simple, Random lines of "Jagged" shaped marking will spread out around his body. The Second state of his Curse Seal is not very unique. When activated, the cursed seal grants him enhanced speed, strength, durability and chakra, it also corrupts both his body and his mind, giving Hei a darker personality and making him vulnerable to evil influence. After training with Nexus, Hei enhanced his Cursed Seal to The second level. This cursed state turned Hei's skin dark grey, his eyes yellow, and makes no changes his hair, Dark-blue venom lipstick appears on his lips and a darkened "void" around his eyes giving his yellow eyes an more intense glow. Upon these changes the only major change seems to happen to his back. 2 cannon like growths will form giving him special ability to release high amounts of chakra from them. this grants him the ability to fly

Description: Aside from the first and second levels of the seal, skilled users of the seal are able to perform partial transformations enabling the user to transform a part or parts of their body into the form it bares while under the full transformation of Cursed Mark Level 2. This is accomplished by partially mastering the spreading of the Senjutsu Chakra released from the cursed mark and enabling it to effectively only affect one area of the body. While in this state, half of the user's face becomes grayed according to the side of the body that the user transforms their body. While within this state, the user is not granted the power boosts of either of the cursed levels. This technique is only used to grant the user extra appendages for a duration of time.
Note: Must possess Cursed Seal Level 2.

Note: Can be deactivated at will.
Note: User is limited to transform one leg or one arm or his torso or his head and the transformation always spreads from the seal towards the users desired body part.

Description: The user wills the opening of the cursed seal partially, giving him more chakra and more strength, as the Senjutsu Chakra contained within the seal is unleashed upon the users body in a reduced amount. Patterned red lines that extend from the Cursed Seal on the body of the user course through the user's body, covering it in a repetitive pattern as their body surges with chakra. When the state it done, the lines will become a solid black. While active, the seal actively consumes the users chakra in order to produce and fuel Senjutsu Chakra into his body. While in this stage the user gains +10 damage to his elemental Ninjutsu and +5 to his Taijutsu. His physical strength is slightly improved as is his speed.

(Ten no Juin: Ni) - Heaven's Cursed Seal: Level 2

Description: After opening the first level of the seal, the user forcefully opens the seal completely, unleashing the full extent of Senjutsu Chakra contained in it which floods his body. Because this Senjutsu Chakra is raw and is fueled by the enzymes extracted from Jugo's DNA, the user will experience a physical transformation unique to him. As the seal opens, the previous black markings glow almost like fire and grow covering the user completely. As the transformation ends, his skin gains a grayish tone, his sclera becomes black and his eyes change in shape. The transformation is unique from user to user but always has some animalistic feature to it. While active, the seal actively consumes the users chakra in order to produce and fuel Senjutsu Chakra into his body.While in this stage the user gains +20 damage to his elemental Ninjutsu and +10 to his Taijutsu. His physical strength is improved as is his speed. Once it deactivates (regardless of being willed or timing out) it leaves the user drained of stamina for 3 turns as well as unable to mold chakra above S-Rank or use Taijutsu above C-Rank for 3 turns.

After a long and fierce battle with the Raikage of Kumogakure. Hei managed to kill the leader Kirabi. After the fight Hei collected DNA of the Jinchuuriki. later in another Battle Hei captured a living host in which he had used the Impure World Resurrection formula to bind Kirabi's soul to the sacrifice.

Under abilities you should put something about sound. Like after training with that Gay dude lok/Madara Uchiha that your hearing was increase, blah blah blah you know. Like whats in other sound bio O_O
