Description: Similar to Temari's "Wind Ryder Technique" the user will release his wind chakra outwards and manipulate the air currents beneath his war-fan, or any other fan big enough to be ridden on. He will then jump onto the war-fan as he rides it like a surfboard and is able to go airborne at fairly fast speeds like any traveling wind technique at its peak traveling speed. If the user wishes, he can utilize the war-fan while it is strapped to his back to initiate flight similar to how a kite is flown, however with the user attached to the bottom of it. The user can only glide/ride in a linear manner and not freely fly like regular flight techniques. The user can only change locations in mid flight once(ex. Gain height while going upwards during activation then choose the linear traveling path). After the liner path travel has completed the user will be suspended in mid-air for a total of two turns before the air currents are reduce back to normal, causing the user to start free-falling back down into the ground.

Background Information
History: Alexander's rightful birthplace is in the village hidden in the leaves, also known as Konohagakure. He was born in one of Konoha's special hidden clans, the Akimichies. Members of the clan possess great physical strength and are able to quickly convert calories into chakra, which they then use in their various secret techniques. Most of these techniques rapidly consume the user's chakra during use, and maintaining them during a prolonged battle can be tiring. For this reason the Akimichi eat a lot in order to build up or replenish their chakra reserves. Many Akimichi use a bō as their choice of weapon, however Alexander has chosen to specialize in the usage of a war fan that has the staff-like structure to hold the fan together. These staffs have the ability to lengthen in proportion to their wielder's size. These weapons also have small appendages at the top of them. The Akimichi clan has a special relationship with the Nara and Yamanaka clan. For generations, members of these three families have formed "Ino–Shika–Chō" trios, named after the first part of the names of the members with the Akimichi members being the "Chō" in the trio. To strengthen the unity between the three clans, a member of the Sarutobi clan will give them special earrings to present to each generation head when they are promoted to chūnin after which they will swear their oaths. The earrings also symbolise that they are considered adults by their respective clans. That begin said, Alexander has yet to find his rightful Ino–Shika–Chō trio in order to build relationships with. Being a genin, Alexander has just recently graduated from the ninja academy and is slowly progressing in his new ninja missions as he utilizes his spare time to train in his clan's techniques.
After several years of hardships, Alexander was able to progress to the ranks an reach S-Class. Having failed to find his "Ino–Shika–Chō" trio, Alexander set out on a journey, leaving Konoha behind, as well as his head-band, officially becoming a rogue ninja. After various years of traveling and developing his clan techniques further, Alexander ended stationing himself in Iwagakure, the hidden village in the rocks. A few months passed and Alexander had become bored with himself, having the same daily routine all the time. However, on a sunny day, within the outskirts of Iwagakure as he was training, Alexander was approached by a man. The man's name was Hazama. He seemed very interested in Alexander for some strange reason. It must have been his clan abilities that caught his attention, though I will never know. The strange individual offered Alexander some training in the basic elements. Having no real training in any of the basics, Alexander happily accepted the offer. Three years passed and Alexander was able to master all five elements. As a price of sorts, and sign of loyalty and honor; Hazama allowed Alexander to sign the Hyena contract, one of the most fearsome animals within Iwagakure, feared and known by their memorizing laughs.
During his basic training, Hazama was able to speak with Mathias, the current Tsuchikage of Iwagakure to allow him to become a shinobi within their village. Although hesitant, Mathias trusted in Hazama's judgement, and allowed Alexander to become a full fledged shinobi. A few weeks passed and he was finally assigned his first mission. It was a rather simple mission; Requiring him to be a body guard for a very important couple. The destination lead to the water country, more specifically, Kirigakure, the hidden village in the mist. After successfully completing his mission, Alexander headed back towards Iwagakure. While on the road, he came across a very interesting man, sitting against a tree, sipping on some coffee with a calm look on his face. Both Alexander and Akihiko spoke for hours, both enjoying themselves very much. Without any real intentions of training, Alexander later found himself being taught by Akihiko the arts of ninjutsu. Having mastered the basic elements Alexander only thought it would be logical to also learn the basic ninjutsu manipulation. After a month or so, Alexander was able to master the basics of ninjutsu. Akihiko being so happy with Alexander's progress, he also thought it would be the perfect time to start Alexander's genjutsu training. Til' this day, Alexander still hasn't reached Iwagakure as his time is spent under the guidance of Akihiko in the field of genjutsu.

Description: Kamisama is a weapon which was crafted by Alexander himself, after reading and analyzing information throughout the years about Madara Uchiha's infamous weapon. Kamisama is a medium sized war-fan rivaling the height of an average shionbi when placed along side with one another. The light brown fins decorated with a strange symbol on each end of the war-fan are made of a very lightweight and durable material that does not conduct electricity, nor is it able to be engulfed in flames. The core of the war-fan is a nearly indestructible pole with a thin rubber layer to avoid conductivity that is bandaged up from the bottom end all the way to the middle of the poll. At the very bottom of the pole lays a very lightweight, thin, and durable chain link which appears to have metallic spheres evenly spaced every three inches which ensures enhanced gripping. The other end of the chain-link is connected to a medium sized nearly indestructible scythe which was rumored to be one of Madara's deadliest weapons in combination with the war-fan. Just like the pole, the scythe's hand is also laced in a thin layer of rubber with bandages covering the entire thing up to the blade itself. The chain-link is long enough to allow Alexander to throw his scythe up to medium range distance similar to Hidan's scythe. Both the war-fan and scythe are strapped in the center of his back in an "X" manner. The unique ability of the war fan is to coat elemental projectile-type techniques with wind chakra. When the user releases an elemental projectile type technique, he will swing the fan and coat the technique with wind chakra, causing the technique in question to be turned into a XX/wind combination. Meaning that if the user releases a fireball and swings the fan, it would turn into a fire/wind combination. Although it does not boost the rank nor size of the technique in question, it does boost them by ten damage points. In order to release the projectile techniques successfully and coat them in wind, Alexander found out a way to exchange hand signs for fan swings. Meaning that for every two hand seals required in a projectile type technique, the user is required to swing his fan once. (ex: If I release a fire technique that requires four hand seals, I would need to swing the fan twice as I then release the fire and coat it in wind, increasing its damage while it maintains the same rank.) The wind enhancement would not be effective against lightning techniques because the lightning technique in question would disperse. Kamisama is chakra reactive, which if channeled with expansion chakra it will expand at the users will. Expanding it refers to using any variation of the Akimichi clan's expansion techniques and so leading to count towards the user's jutsu per turn.
