Actually I'd go with something like this...

1. Mingo steps down, works closely with Kaidou...his Celestrial ties finally deciding to cut him off.

2. X-Drake (who's been attacking Kaidou's lands) joins the Straw Hat and Heart Pirate Alliance

3. The Drake, Mugiwara, Heart Alliance defeats Kaidou.

4. We discover that Apoo, Kidd, and Hawkins have defeated Big Mom (a good plot twist, but somehow I want Luffy to fight her).

5. Drake Mugiwara, and Heart Alliance fight the Apoo, Kidd, and Hawkins alliance. Jinbei Joins the crew and fights. Luffy defeats the man who beat BM (Kidd).

6. The alliance deforms, but not violently... just going their separate ways. Most likely leading them to face off in the future.

 

[24 12 11 to troll]

1. One of Cavendish and Bartolomeo will join the alliance ( Bartolomeo sees it as a chance to find his brother Eustass Kidd)

2. Law is captured. The Strawhats go to Zou ( except Luffy ) whom goes to Impel down and owns Magellan and releases all the prisoners. His bounty is now extremely high! ( similar to an admiral tier fighters because of his crimes. Bon Kuro and his followers are released. ( this would give us a true idea of his strength.) and Law and him travel to Zou where they find Crocodile and Daz Bones.

3. We learn that Crocodile also has a grudge against Kaidou

4.The alliance now consists of ( in order of strength ) :
Luffy,Law,Zoro,Sanji,Crocodile,Bartolomeo,Daz bones,Bon Kurei,Bepo,Jean Bart,Franky,Brook,Robin,Gambia,Violet( She's joining. U mad?),Chopper,The two fodder guys from laws ship,Nami,Usopp, Newkama ARMY

5. They travel to Wano and Kano to get information on Kaidous whereabouts. Sanji and Zoro get powerups.

6. Kidd alliance is at cake island fighting Ryokugyu and 70 battleships ( to protect the balance of power ). The alliance wins and peruse big mam and FAIL ( Apoo and Hawkins die , I want all supernova to die other than Luffy,Zoro,Law,Kidd,Killer ).

7. The next island after Zou is where Kaido is. The alliance battles the Kaidou pirates ( underworld name : Happou Navy )
The alliance is victorious. But Bartolomeo, Gambia and Crocodile die.( along with many Newkama soldiers)

8. New Yonkou: Marco of the blue Phoenix pirates. ( he increased in strength over the time skip )

9. DD resigns from being a warlord and is later defeated by Kizaru

10. Drake joins the alliance to take down Big mam ( as a sign of his gratitude for killing Kaidou ). Jinbei is then encountered and joins the Strawhats to make an M4 instead of an M3. ( they will fight the admirals and fleet admirals in future)

11. The alliance ( with so many OP members easily takes down Big Mam.

12. The alliance goes seperate ways but will act if anyone is in trouble.

13. New Yonkou = The unknown Shichibukai . We learn he became a Shichibukai by killing Urouge and Bege. Drake goes it alone to kill him and dies ( at this point the M4 , Law, Kidd are about admiral level in strength )

14. Shanks makes contact with Luffy. Law and Kidd plan to kill the new yonkou

1. After shit happens on Dressrosa, the SH's (excluding the M3 & Franky) head-off to Zou to meet with the rest of the Heart pirates.

2. After shit happens on Green Bit, the M3, Law & Kinemon some how end up en route to Wano.

3. Fujitora starts investigating Dressrosa and finds out about the dealings between Doffy & Kaido.

4. Doffy gets his ass to Kaido's whereabouts, who then kills him for being a b!tch and letting the factory be destroyed; hence their business relationship is over, meaning he has no need for him.

5. [insert Wano theory]

6. Turns out Drake and his crew were already at Wano for a few days and were waiting for the alliance because Law informed Drake of his plan to go to Wano right after Zou since Wano is the country closest to Kaido's location.

7. Fujitora rocks up to where Kaido is, who he then fights but ultimately he loses and dies (thusly Kaido's hype is increased to its max).

8. Soon after the rest of both crews get to Wano and regroup with everyone to decide their next course of action.

9. The alliance and Kaido's crew punch on and the former come out victorious; Kaido dies.

10. Around the same time, Kidd's alliance defeat BM's crew + she also dies.

11. Both alliance decide to duke it out between themselves so the winners can take the vacant Emperor positions.

12. Luffy wins in his brawl, whereas Kidd wins in his.
