IT is most likely going to be released when Naruto and Sasuke end up Chidori/Rasengan each other. (Another parallel)

Sasuke's seal is on the left hand while Naruto's is on the right.

Prediction #2:
Not really much of a prediction. It's already confirmed Sasuke's plans fail, or he doesn't fully complete it seeing as how Gaara already has sketches for the new movie.

Prediction #3:
Sasuke runs away and takes all the Bijuu with him, which leads to The Last movie where Naruto will look for them.

Or

Sasuke dies and kills all the Bijuu in the process, but since they all respawn anyway, Naruto, in the movie, will look for them.

I'm thinking sasuke vs naruto comes to it's conclusion. Theyre both op af right now, sasuke just did the freakin chibaku by himself and naruto bout to go back into rsmode, it's like naruto said he's gonna put an end to the cycle of hatred.

I guess the match between Naruto and Sasuke would end in the manga.
