We've all established Madara and Obito are so ****** so the only thing which can happen is Juubi getting a power-up which would mean extracting the Bijuu from Naruto and Bee.
This would mean Bee would die but Naruto won't as we've seen Kushina survive after she had Kurama extracted from her and Obito mentioned something similar to, 'You Uzumaki are strong, you don't die after Bijuu extraction'. We then saw Minato say in this chapter 'I have a big present for you Naruto' and people have speculated that Minato's present is the other half of Kurama's chakra. So Naruto will gain that half which will allow him to keep up (power-up) with the other Hokage and show that Naruto > old-gen shinobi while the Juubi becomes hella powerful and thus making both sides equal.
Juubi getting a power-up is the only way I see Madara & Obito standing a chance against the Edo Hokages and Taka + Orochimaru + entire Shinobi Alliance. Also, without another major death for the SA, I see this war being pretty easy for them if you don't count the fodder shinobi
