Looking at his clearly inferior opponent, Simon chuckles for a bit then speaks;
I don't know who you are or what you want, but if you want to stand in my way, I'll break right through you!
Simon quickly starts things off by creating a medium sized orb of water, using the water in his gourd.(like Gaara's but with water) The orb stands 1m to his right(you left). As soon as it's created, this orb shoots 4 bullets of water, directly at you, one after the other.(B-Rank) Note: The orbs don't block my vision of you and vice-versa.

*The jutsu can only be used by Rain of Hell and people who learned from him
*Can only be used 3 times per battle

While the 4 bullets are headed at you, Simon sends his Raiton chakra to the sky and makes a bolt of lightning come from above and hits your soaked body, electrifying you and causing you great harm. Timing wise, the lighting would come right after the 1st bullet and before the other bullets. After sending his Raiton chakra to the sky, Simon starts running to the left (your right) while throwing kunais with tags at you.

Roger looks at this weird person infront of him speaking when he answered.
My name is Gol D Roger and if it's a fight you want then you got it!

As his opponent creates an orb of water that shoot bullets at him, Roger channels lightning chakra in his feet and dashes diagonally to his right(your left) and narrowly avoids the bullets as he stops short range to his opponents left in the blink of an eye but before that have already shot a spear of lightning from his mouth that immediately split and was greatly aided by his speed of momentum. By the time he stops left of his opponent, he's already been pierced by multiple spears of lightning that shocks him numb.

Ha! Too easy.

Note: You were sending electrical essence into the sky when I did my two moves which are very fast, since you're already sendng lightning chakra you'll need to counter me with a lightning attack. Also, my arrow step can already close distances very fast so with that speed combined with my lightning that split apart I say you have very little timeframe to react

Description: By harnessing the earth's electrical fields to generate electricity, this works as long as the user's legs are connected to the earth. When in use, this allows the user to nearly instantly to close short distances and strike within the same motion. Usable at distances of several feet or less, this allows one to deliver an electrically charged palm thrust should it connect. If no contact is made between the ground and the user's legs, this is unusable. as you move quickly at me, I stop the lightning fang and start gathering my chakra at my right foot. When the lighting spear comes out of your mouth, I quickly release all the chakra in my foot in a quick burst and move back, diagonally, to the left. (like this "/") I move into mid-range of you again in a matter of seconds and avoid the lightning spear.

First the user gathers lightning chakra at their feet. Then the user slams his feet into the ground to release all the lightning chakra that was gathered making a strong blast that launches the user up into the sky. This can be used to avoid attacks or charge at the enemy.

While I'm moving back, I throw several kunai with tags and my orb sends out 5 more bullets at you. As I'm throwing the kunais, I quickly kneed my Fuuton chakra in my mouth and follow up by spewing out small blasts of wind. The bullets of water come from your right side while the blasts of wind that I sent hits you from the left diagonal.

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Rat → Rabbit → Dog, the user takes a deep breath and exhales several small blasts of wind chakra.in such a manner that they are dispersed over an expansive range, enough to make it difficult to avoid them entirely without taking any damage. Due to the properties of this technique, the expelled blasts are capable of piercing into and potentially through an opponent's flesh when they collide, in a similar manner to how bullets function.
