Then Naruto opened Sasuke's PS so that the leaf rookies could get inside of Kurama's tails. He even went through and gave everyone Kurama cloak, expressing the fact that he can still, just as easily, control Kurama.

Not to mention his "sword of solokings" was weilded by Kurama , who Naruto was still in control of, so it was actually wielded by Naruto in a sense. Everyone's neglecting the fact the Naruto was indeed with Sasuke the entire time. Notice that the both of them thrust to break the tip of the SO6P sword. And tbh, Kishi actually only drew Naruto while breaking the SA6P's sword.

Cloak does not teach a new jutsu or skill, it is an additional boost.

Like when it happened to Ino, Hinata, Lee, Kakashi etc.; they bad power or speed boost not skill; their mind transfer, airpalm, leaf hurricane or kamui skill was the same but the power backing in up was different thus made their jutsu faster/spammable.

PS is about stabilizing chakra and skill on the matter. Sasuke got more skilled in EMS usage thus able to stabilize required chakra and its control for PS. Sasuke has PS by his own.

I asked him a simple question based of the fact that this thread was basically the same thread as another that was going on at the same time. He responded and I accepted his answer.

If you go back to the first reveal of PS you will notice that the only thing said by Oonoki was that PS's chakra was stable in comparison to the previous. He didn't say that any chakra had been added or that the power of the chakra increased. Therefore PS only requires skill and chakra control. Neither of these things can be given through Kyuubi chakra therefore Sasuke' s PS was of his own creation.
