[Question] Unsubscribing from Groups

How do you unsubscribe from groups you have left ?

I know there was a thread like this but I can't find it.

May be you have to rejoin that group and then manually unsubscribe form that group and then again leave it

Well, it works but what about groups you have left and can't rejoin ?
