so far from prior research and other info, these are the official confirmed characters

We have every storm 1 character plus young kakashi, obito, haku, zabuza, and even flak jacket (jonin suit) Minato'

Also every storm 2 character(maybe lars not sure, but doubt it cause he a cameo appearance in storm 2) plus, A, Onoki, Mei terumi, all their subordinates(support only) and Sasuke Susann'o.
