Unpredictable Fighting Styles

There's a lot of hype surrounding "unpredictable" fighting styles my question is do you think those styles are the strongest and can't be countered? I'm sure we all agree that Guy is probably the greatest taijutsu master ever, but he uses regular taijutsu, not some unpredictable style. How would base guy fair against drunken Lee or how would Guy with his nunchucks fair against Bee's sword dance? If a sharingan can't read those attacks, there's no way Guy can, but I still think in straight cqc he could own drunken Lee and hold is own and possibly beat Bee's dance.

Like it said in that one episode, guy relies on reading an opponents moves a hundred steps into the future but with unusual fighting styles like Drunken Fist, guy needs to rely on reflex and skill. With that being said I would still think guy can own most abnormal fighting style users just because of the amount of training and expertise that guy has in cqc considering that he's trained his whole life to fight like that
