1) Sasuke hasn't given up on revenge, he's just going to stop Madara and Obito.
2) TnJ fails against Obito. Obito kills Kakashi.
3) Minato, Tobirama and Hiruzen get their personalities overwritten
4) Sakura dies, no Rinne Tensei and stays dead. (admittedly this isnt likely)
5) Madara gets taken out by something not very epic or some technicality of Edo Tensei
6) Sasuke shows up and kills "good" Obito without so much as blinking, revealing that he's actually siding with Madara and destroying reality since his brother's death impacted him. At that he has Oro overwrite the Hokage's personalities. Hashirama is killed and sealed by Tobirama.
7) Naruto is unable to fully control the Yin chakra of Kurama, and Madara is able to manipulate his chakra through using the power of MS
