Well he better show up soon, Kishimoto is stalling Naruto in receiving Kurama's Yin half from Minato for this very reason. There really is no point for Minato to hold onto it but it's Kishi's attempt to stall Rikūdo appearing to Naruto.
Nah it got closed. And rightfully so. It would have gotten hectic and the mods probably don't have the time for that.
I will preach the good word until her poll though. XD
Everybody's character could be better at this point.

What's the COP?Kishi's blatant Sasuke wank has ruined numerous things.
Creating things like the COP just so other characters (including the main one) could stay relevant in this uchiha-fest.

The juubi is nature energy and the reason why the sage could seal the juubi is because of his yin and yang chakra,which makes up the rinnegan,is the only chakra powerful enough to balance out all three yin yang and nature energy making a stronger chakra like sage mode and boosts the rinnegan to the next level

They really could. All the attention was mainly given to Naruto & Sasuke, and as the story went on, the antagonists seemed to get a bit more development than the actual good guys, the main supporting characters.
