Description: The user will have a seal on their body with the Kanji for "Eternal". The seal lies dormant and is passively activated whenever the opponent tries to seal or drain the user's chakra and/or abilities. The seal will instantly release an intangible barrier that surrounds the user's body like an armour. Any abilities which act externally such as the canon techniques Multiple Infinite Embraces or Living Barrier will be unable to affect anything inside the barrier, namely the user's body. Seals which act internally will first have their chakra be absorbed by the barrier (happens instantly and so before they can come into effect) and once erected, the barrier will prevent any further insertion of chakra while active. The seal is self-sustaining and will involuntary leech chakra from the user's body. This is for the express purpose of maintaining this technique even when the user can't use or mold chakra. This is possible as the chakra still exists within the user as it is equivalent of their very life-force. This can counter S-Rank and below sealing techniques. This cannot be activated manually and will only ever activate under the aforementioned conditions. It lasts for four turns or until the ability attempting to seal or drain the user's chakra or abilities is no longer active, whichever is longer.U]

Description: The user has a seal on their body with the Kanji for "Impervious" that automatically activates upon the user being struck with a Taijutsu attack. A barrier instantly forms over the user (before the user can be harmed) and mitigates the damage dealt by the strike and any subsequent strikes encompassed in the technique or freeform combo. Whether a Taijutsu technique deals one single hit or a multitude of them, each activation of this seal will defend one single Taijutsu attack/combo, be it freeform or a technique. The effect of the barrier is to reduce rather than eliminate the damage the user takes from being struck physically by the opponent so it will only halve the damage of any Taijutsu technique no matter how powerful (e.g. S-Ranks will fall to 40 damage, D-Ranks will fall to 10 damage). Due to this seal only reducing damage rather protecting the user completely, it acts as a failsafe more than anything else in case the user is caught unawares by someone much faster than them. The user’s body will sustain the remaining damage after the barrier halves it’s power.

Description: The user will have a seal on their body with the Kanji for a specific element and it will lay dormant until the user is physically struck, be it by an attack, weapon or an opponent. Whenever the user is physically interacted with (e.g. punched, stabbed, shot), their body will instantly exhibit all of the properties of the chosen element. This doesn't mean their body merely has the properties of the element but rather when interacted with the targeted part(s) of the body will passively dissipate into storm energy or harden into steel (effect depends on the chosen element). If for example the user is stabbed and they turn into storm energy, the bladed weapon would merely phase through their energy-composed body and leave them unaffected. On the other side of the scale, if the user's body hardens into steel then the attack will simply do them no harm. After the attack or strike has passed through them, their body will automatically revert itself to it's normal appearance. Since this technique usually only applies to specific parts of the body, any unconverted portions of the user's body can still be moved/controlled/used as normal. While in this form, the user can only use the element they transformed into, the element's it's composed of and any combination of the aforementioned element as well as any non-elemental abilities. This technique enables the user to defend against A-Ranks and below of neutral elements (B-Ranks and below for weaknesses, S-Ranks and below for strengths). If the user is struck with an attack that will neutralize their transformation, the two cancel one another out and the user reverts to their original form unharmed. If the user is struck with an attack that overpowers their transformation, the user's body reverts to it's original form and sustains the remaining damage (after the collision of techniques). The only exception to this rule is if the two chosen elements have no sort of interaction with one another (e.g. Fire and Lightning), in which case rank differences will not matter. Regardless of how the user is hit, this can be a full body or partial transformation (depends on the user’s choice). Should they be struck by a physical attack capable of cancelling out their transformation (e.g. a sword streaming nagashi), the sword will remain inside them on reversion and they’ll be impaled by the blade.

Description: The user will have two seals on their body with the Kanji for "Solitude" infused with their sound chakra. The seals are located inside the ear canal (must be stated in the user's biography) and will activate automatically upon any chakra infused sound (not just the element) or technique entering the user's ear. The seal will then emit a sound wave with an amplitude opposite that of the invasive technique so that destructive interference occurs and the two cancel each other out. The seals will maintain the frequency for as long as the sound is being heard/transmitted by the opponent, allowing this jutsu to counter not only momentary techniques but those which are sustained or prolonged. This technique's use lies only in preventing chakra-infused sounds being heard and as such it's use is largely limited to countering Sound Genjutsu and similar abilities. The activation of this technique is instant (but still counts as a move) so it can intercept and cancel sound-based techniques before they're heard. As such, the user is free to perform techniques in the same time-frame (even if the seals are still actively transmitting to cancel a sustained frequency). These seals cancel chakra-infused sounds before they can affect the body by stopping them as they pass through the ear canal and so it essentially prevents illusions from taking effect. This means seals which activate upon foreign chakra entering the user's body will not be triggered. This technique can only counter one technique at a time and only one technique per use (counters up to and including S-Ranks).

Description: The user will have four seals on their body (must be stated in the biography) with the Kanji for “Curse” that can be passively activated (instant but still counts as a move) whenever the opponent uses a technique. The seal will will release an intangible barrier that expands outwards in all directions. The barrier instantly reaches long-range in every direction and serves to absorb chakra from the given technique in order to weaken it by a quarter . The amount of chakra absorbed is proportional to the power of the technique but one thing that remains the same is that the remaining technique will fall to three-quarters it's original power i.e. a 120 damage technique would fall to 90 damage (Forbidden Rank). The barrier is destroyed soon after coming into contact with the technique if it exceeds a traditional S-Rank in power but not before it leeches a quarter of it’s chakra in order to weaken it by the same degree. The user can instead activate two barriers rather than one to reduce the targeted technique to half it’s original power rather than a quarter. This will count as two of the user’s three moves per turn. This means this technique does not counter other jutsu in itself but rather aids the user in countering more powerful techniques by weakening them. Due to the barrier’s intangibility, it will can work on solid techniques as well as liquids, gases and energy-based techniques. It will also only shatter against non-physical techniques due to their ability to clash with the intangible barrier. The reason this seal needs to be passively activated (still counts as a move) is so the user can use a technique in the same-timeframe to counter the opponent's weakened jutsu. This technique can be used thrice per battle, be it three usages of the single version, three usages of the double version or any variation/combination of the two.

(Samehada) - Shark Skin

Description: The weapon made famous by Hoshigaki Kisame, Samehada is a large sentient sword of comparable size to the Kubikiribōchō. It is described as "the most terrifying of all the Seven Swordsmen's blades" and even earned the title of "Greatsword', further adding to its fearsome reputation. Though mostly wrapped in bandages, Samehada's construction is atypical in that its actual blade is comprised from a series of downward facing sharp scales running along the entirety of its length until its hilt, at the base of which is a small skull. Samehada grows larger in proportion to the amount of chakra it absorbs, causing its scales to become so long that they ultimately resemble shark fins and its mouth, located at the tip of the blade, to become even more pronounced. As the blade is made up of scales, it inflicts injuries through shredding or shaving what it comes into contact with, rather than just cutting the object in question. This flaying effect is similar to a shark's skin, hence the sword's name. While it ordinarily remains rigid, its hilt is able to stretch and bend to great extent, allowing the weapon to be used like a flail within a short range radius. Being capable of conscious thought, Samehada chooses its own user, an exclusive process that has often resulted in it being thought of as notoriously picky, which is clearly shown in the fact that it only goes after the ones with delicious chakra. If someone it disapproves of attempts to wield it, spikes protrude from the handle in order to force them to release their grasp, at which point Samehada will make efforts to return to its chosen owner. Samehada is able to literally slice through an opponent's techniques, in spite of whether the chakra has been transformed or not, and even prevent them from being performed by absorbing all of the necessary chakra. However, it seems to be unable to automatically absorb ambient chakra. Samehada has also the ability to transfer the chakra it has absorbed to the wielder, so it can be used to either regenerate injuries or replenish their chakra reserves. Kisame goes one step further with this fusion by completely merging with Samehada.
Note: While incredibly strong and resilient, the sword is not indestructible and can be damaged, specially by high amounts of heat (S-Rank) directly applied to it.

His eyes becoming yellow and taking on a cross-like shape, he dons a chakra cloak that appears similar to his Sage Tailed Beast mode. It forms into a light colored coat with a dark colored "bodysuit" underneath that covers his torso and reaches down his arms to his knuckles and own his legs above his sandals, which are also yellow colored. It also has a light colored circle where his seal was placed as well as golden magatama markings around his collar. Naruto can maintain his mode for a much longer duration with no signs of fatigue or drawback afterwards as opposed to his normal Sage Mode. His speed and sensing are immensely increased to a level similar to Hagoromo's Rinnegan, making it possible to sense Madara's Limbo clone. While in this state, Naruto can also make use of Yin and Yang Releases, manifesting Truth-Seeking Balls that he can utilize in battle. Like his previous forms, he gains the ability to make chakra hands of varying size and also gains the ability to fly.

Description: Truth-Seeking Balls are spheres of malleable black chakra composed of all five nature transformations and Yin–Yang Release. Each is about the size of a fist and hides within the power to completely obliterate a forest. The Truth-Seeking Balls function as a technique that is always on standby once activated. The technique creates a fixed amount of orbs; no more and no less can be created. If they are somehow destroyed or otherwise not retrieved by the user, they become permanently lost. Once created the user can manipulate each of the individual balls at will. The balls can be shaped into a variety of forms, and the many natures comprising them can be combined to produce various effects. They are able to serve a variety of functions, such as forming shields and weapons, platforms, launching as high-speed projectiles, and rapidly expanding to produce massive explosions (mid-range in diameter). As the chakra comprising them is highly durable, the balls can serve as an effective defense, only taking damage from extremely powerful techniques exceeding Forbidden ranked in power and scale. Due to he nature of possessing Yin-Yang Release the truth-seeking balls have the ability to nullify any ninjutsu they come into contact with, making them impervious to ninjutsu techniques. Naruto's Truth-Seeking Balls are able to utilize his Six Paths Sage Chaka to effectively damage shadows in the invisible world of Limbo. Only senjutsu techniques have proven to be capable of harming the orbs. However, the user's ability to control the truth-seeking balls diminishes as it goes further from them and thus an effective way of combating them is to transport them away with some sort of Space Time or teleportation jutsu.

Samehada would shake with unparalleled excitement as you enter into your Six Paths Sage Mode. Although your new form was reminiscent of a Jinchuruuki's chakra shroud Kyle could tell that it was unlike anything he had ever seen before, and Samehada's reaction made it clear that his suspicions were correct. Never before had he seen Samehada react so strongly to chakra, not even to the chakra of his own Gyuki. Whatever it was, it's potency was a level above even that of Bijuu chakra, and thus Kyle was on full alert.
Brimming with energy at the thought of an intense fight, the Jinchuruki would begin to bounce on the spot, red chakra oozing from his pores even as your TSBs begin to coalesce into a single shape. As your humanoid shoots towards him, the ground would simply stir. Only whisps of dust would remain where the Jinchuruuki once stood.
Instead, he would dart in an arc at heightened speeds, avoiding your TSB creature which was moving in a straight line by curving around it, and closing in on your left flank at blurring speeds.
( Chakra no Koromo ) - Chakra Shroud

Description: The jinchūriki accesses his Bijuu's chakra and releases a portion of it into his body, triggering this initial transformation. By doing this, red chakra oozes from his skin, engulfing him in a chakra shroud that resembles a miniature, translucid version of his Bijuu ( although with little detail ), with a variable number of tails ( depends on which Bijuu it is ) and certain unique traits like the Kyuubis ears or Hachibi's horns. The jinchūriki gains a drastic increase in speed, being capable of fighting on par with almost any ninja and gets his Taijutsu damage boosted not only by the increased strength behind his chakra shroud but also by the chakra shroud itself, which damages enemies to the touch. In certain situations, the jinchūriki can also gain more animalistic abilities, such as running tremendously fast on all fours or viciously clawing on his enemies. The chakra shroud protects the jinchūriki from damage and grants him a high resistance to all C-Rank and below techniques and B-rank and below Taijutsu.

(Chiratsuki Kaihi/Undō) Flicker Evasion/Movement

Description:
Using the power of their bijuu to boost their physical abilities, the Jinchuriki is able to dash and move at incredible speeds. While doing so, the user will move and run on all fours (if applicable) and display a movement much more in tune to the animal traits his bijuu possesses. The speed at which one can move is relative to the transformation used. The basic Red Chakra Cloak doubles the users speed while the Incomplete Transformation triples his speed. The movement one can produce can be both intricate or simple, depending on the users intention.
Note: this version can only be used by Bijuus with Chakra Cloak or Incomplete Transformation active. Naruto can use this technique in both his 9 Tails Chakra mode as well as his Bijuu Mode.
As he encroaches in on your position, the rhythm of his stride would break - running perfectly on all fours until now, Kyle would reach his right arm behind his back - thus breaking his stride, grabbing Samehada's hilt, and whipping it over his head as he half skids, half tumbles towards you. The slash however would seemingly miss due to the Jinchuruuki's wild movements - skimming through the air just inches behind your upper back and failing to meet a physical target as the Jinchuruuki streaks past.
But that was not so, Samehada's bandages would rip open as he whips past - it's gluttonous jaws stretching wide as it begins to suck at the chakra of your Six Paths Sage Mode. Samehada's appetite was voracious, and he sought to drain every last drop of this strange, foreign chakra.
(Samehada Chakura Botsunyuu no Jutsu) - Samehada Chakra Absorbing Technique

Description: Samehada is truly a massive glutton who can eat large amounts of chakra in an instant. As a result it can devour entire jutsu's with equal chakra or less than it has. Even in the case that the jutsu is extremely wide, Samehada can absorb enough to keep the user safe, cutting a path down the center. This was shown when Bee swung the sword vertically, cutting Itachi's fireball in half by eating the center part of the jutsu and letting the rest of the jutsu go past Bee on the left and right. The absorption also happens very fast as Samehada was able to absorb several of Bee's attacks completely just before they would hit Kisame. The disadvantage is that the sword cannot absorb chakra that isn't in its immediate vicinity, thus why it can't absorb a very large technique completely but only the portion it intercepts.

DIO sneered at the sight of Kyle's own chakra cloak forming, unable to keep himself from thinking the endeavor was immeasurably droll. Kyle's position rapidly changed, the Jinchuriki darting towards DIO's left. Monitoring Kyle's movements closely, DIO manipulated the shape of the TSB. The humanoid's arm appeared to melt as its shape distorted into the shape of a chain with a sickle attached at the end. The humanoid would be made to float higher off of the ground, lifting Kyle into the air. The pressure of the chain's grip would increase rapidly, crushing the bones in his throat as blood poured from his chest. "I'll wait under your last moment of life," DIO taunted, his arms folded across his chest. A cruel smile spread on his face as he watched on. "And then I'll remove the rest of the Eight-Tails from your body in that final moment."

However, the user's ability to control the truth-seeking balls diminishes as it goes further from them and thus an effective way of combating them is to transport them away with some sort of Space Time or teleportation jutsu.

The chain would streak towards the Jinchuruuki and, at the last moment, the Jinchuruuki's stride would be punctuated by a burst of wind chakra. Wind would burst from every limb and with a single, accentuated movement Kyle would burst up high into the air, once again avoiding the formless mass of black chakra. During his evasion he would channel the opposite nature, Kyle would activate a technique that would allow him to increase the vibrational qualities of his lightning chakra.

idrmb how this RP works, I think Whisper Origin Thrust and Super Vibrating Lightning should be able to happen simultaneously since Whisper Origin Thrust is classed as a passive technique, but if not then they happen sequentially I guess.
A burst of wind lifted Kyle upwards and away from DIO's Truth-Seeking Orbs, spurring a laugh from the neon Jinchuriki. " Muda, muda! A gesture like that is meaningless in the bigger picture." DIO would trigger an additional surge of chakra that flooded across his body. His appearance would not change much, giving little indication to the activation of the mode.

Description: Once Naruto and Kurama start working together, Naruto gains access to Kurama's full abilities through this mode. By melding Kurama's unrestrained chakra together with his own, Naruto is able to enter Tailed Beast Mode with his shroud undergoing a drastic change. The shroud itself parts down the middle and opens into a large full-length coat, revealing a black undergarment with magatama near his neck, whilst his seal's numerous swirl-patterns that were located all over his body, open out into complete, dark circles. Naruto also gains slit pupils and his whisker-markings become much thicker. The colour of the cloak turns orange, having mixed Naruto's yellow chakra and Kurama's red. The cloak also has nine tail-like appendages formed from the cloak and flowing from it with lines running down the middle of each. While in this form, his speed and strength is dramatically enhanced, even beyond the level of the 9 Tails Chakra Mode. However, rather than becoming a true flesh-replica of the fox, the chakra shroud from the enhanced Nine-Tails Chakra Mode instead enlarges and recreates Kurama's overall form, while retaining the exact same seal that was previously present on Naruto's body. Not only is the chakra cloak translucent, not hindering Naruto's vision from inside, but it can also be manifested partially, according to Naruto's needs. While Naruto can perform techniques while on this mode, his use of clones is limited, and while on this mode, Naruto can only make 2 clones.
Note: Lasts a maximum of 8 turns and can only be used twice per battle, standing as Naruto's complete transformation. After it ends, the user cannot use any Bijuu techniques for 3 turns and cannot use any transformation for at least 4 turns.
Quite suddenly, a mass electricity burst from Kyle's palm and surrounded his hands. Sensing the mass swell, DIO would muster his chakra in preparation. The thunderbolt fired, DIO would take flight, disappearing into an orange flash away from the small plateau. The bolt would scorch the air as it obliterated the structure, sending debris flying into the water. DIO himself would be safe, moving backwards into the air and to his left, removing himself from the trajectory and impact zone of the energy missile.
(Furaito no Jutsu ) - Flight Technique

10 meters away from his previous location, the neon Jinchuriki would manifest a swirling mass of his own, creating a glittering Rasenshuriken in the palm of his left hand. DIO would fling the orb towards Kyle, the projectile further enhanced by his two chakra modes. Closing his eyes to laugh as he formed it, DIO would be spared from the blinding effects of the jutsu that would befall Kyle, robbing him of his sight as the powerful Rasenshuriken slammed directly into his body, pulverizing his bones and crumbling his skin like tissue paper.

In response to the blinding rasenshuriken forming, Kyle would quite simply instantly activate two techniques. The first would infuse his future fire techniques with additional chakra, allowing him to instead produce ash or gas instead of raw flames.
Thus, he would angle his hands towards you and release a burst of flame, so expansive that it would consume a 120 degree angle in its entirety - his aim would barely matter and evasion would be impossible. Except, where flames should be, it would instead be scorching hot, bursting ash. Ash that would surge out across the battlefield, and, infused with the Jinchuruuki's wildly vibrating lightning chakra - each particle of ash would exhibit piercing abilities akin to that of even the greatest Fuuton jutsu.
With resounding force the tsunami like assault of ash would overwhelm your Rasenshuriken with ease, and continue on towards you with seemingly unstoppable might.

Description: Thanatos' Testament is an infusion that was developed to rectify some of the perceived faults of ash based fire techniques. Of the basic five elements, Fire release is undoubtedly the most inherently destructive, as even the tiniest flame can, under the right conditions, spread like wildfire to burn down entire habitants or even civilisations. This raw proficiency for destruction however is neutered in the ash based fire techniques as ash generally lacks the ability to set structures alight. Thanatos' Testament however seeks to remedy this. Ash based techniques infused with Thanatos' treasury will, upon contact with a weaker inorganic structure, rapidly corrupt said structure and convert it to ash - just as a normal fire technique would set alight that which it contacts. As this technique has no independent uses of its own, but is instead reliant on being performed alongside an ash based fire technique, it can be performed within virtually the same timeframe as another technique.

Samehada had been wriggling in excitement the entire time and, now blinded, the Jinchuruuki decided to let him loose. Swinging Samehada out from his back, Kyle would allow the weapons excitement to guide him as he flourishes it in accordance to Samehada's twitching, chakra gluttonous movements.
In quick succession the blade would slice towards each of the Rasengan, snuffing them from existence as the very chakra that comprises them is absorbed by the Shark Skin.
(Samehada Chakura Botsunyuu no Jutsu) - Samehada Chakra Absorbing Technique

Description: Samehada is truly a massive glutton who can eat large amounts of chakra in an instant. As a result it can devour entire jutsu's with equal chakra or less than it has. Even in the case that the jutsu is extremely wide, Samehada can absorb enough to keep the user safe, cutting a path down the center. This was shown when Bee swung the sword vertically, cutting Itachi's fireball in half by eating the center part of the jutsu and letting the rest of the jutsu go past Bee on the left and right. The absorption also happens very fast as Samehada was able to absorb several of Bee's attacks completely just before they would hit Kisame. The disadvantage is that the sword cannot absorb chakra that isn't in its immediate vicinity, thus why it can't absorb a very large technique completely but only the portion it intercepts.
Note: Can only be used 5 times per battle, requiring 2 turns in between use.
Note: Can only absorb up to S-rank chakra.

DIO looked on intently as Kyle swung his blade madly, obviously affected by the blinding light of the Rasenshuriken prior. Strangely enough, the sword seemed to be slicing through DIO's Rasengan with ease, absorbing their form and rendering them inert. The Jinchuriki would release his hold over the chakra arms once their spheres were absorbed, readying his next plan of attack. Once the final Rasengan was absorbed, DIO would weave a single handseal, calling forth a single Shadow Clone by his side, adorned with the same transformations he was.

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and himself and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clones, a max number of 4, are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force, returning 10% of its individual chakra to the user. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original with Sharingan, Byakugan, Rinnegan or normal Chakra Sensing. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.
