Raditz turn came to him quicker than he expected. He had little to no chance of victory since he seemed to be going on a losing streak. Raditz didnt care. All it took was one win to end that streak and that is what he planned to get today.
Raditz took a tall leap from the stands onto the center of the Arena, landing firmly on his feet looking up to the crowd, arms crossed before his chest as the wind blew thru his long black hair. He waited for his opponent revealed himself before he would decide what to do next.

Raditz was able to see a female before him and wondered if she was a powerful kunoichi or just stupid for challenging him. Raditz was determined to find out one way or another. Without giving any indication that the battle had started, Raditz passively activate his chakra sensing so there would be no surprises for him.
After Raditz gave her a good stare down he initated the battle by quickly molding chakra, causing it to rapidly vibrate in order to change the nature to Raiton before focusing the raiton chakra to his right palm, thrusting said palm towards the lady while using to raiton to generate lightning and shooting a wave lightning bolts towards the kunoichi.

Upon reaching the battle field Circe examines another innocent man who could lay subject to her magical powers. She was however having troubles conjuring up her powers so she opted to instead put away her wand and use ninjutsu... something only muggles used. Before she could begin her phase of attack she noticed that the man was quick to act, and she would do the same which she did by slamming her hands on the ground. In a matter of seconds a wall spanning ten meters in width and height would spring into existence. The lightning attack that had been previously launched would fall dull and void to its endurance. Without wasting any time she performs a single hand seal causing the light around her to reflect on her differently; this would allow her to enter a state of invisibility. At this time she would begin running towards the gate and by applying chakra to her feet she would begin to stealthily run towards the top of the wall. Once standing on top of the wall she would take out three paper bombs and toss them at the man's chest.

Description: This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user after performing the Tiger hand seal to control how light is reflected around their body with chakra inflections. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert maneuvers but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. However, the usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills. The Second Tsuchikage, Mū's mastery of this technique helped earn him the moniker "Non-Person" seemingly having neither form nor chakra while the technique was active. Thus, he could not be sensed through traditional means.

While using his chakra sensing to determine if the opponent would try anything sneaky behind that summoning, Raditz took the time to bend over forwards while reaching for his ankles releasing the weights from his ankles and bringing them out to both of his sides before droping them in order for them to crash against the ground. Dirt picked up from the impact and shattered the ground it landed on showing the heaviness of the weights.

Description:
The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. As a result the user gains a drastic boost to his running speed (doubles) and +20 to all his Strong Fist Kick-related moves. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nullified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on each other.
Using his chakra sensing, Raditz was still able to tell the position of the opponent as her chakra spiked as she weaved the tiger handseal. He began to close the distance between them while at the same time gripping his chokuto invertedly with his left hand. During Raditz Advancement, the opponent would be running to the top of rashomon before throwing 3 tags towards Raditz. In response to this Using nothing but chakra control, Raditz would cause a kunai from his ninja pouch to hover before shooting it in a way that it would impale thru the 3 tags before carrying them back to the opponent before they would explode. Thanks to his chakra sensing Raditz was able to detect masses of chakra as well as the nature of the jutsu therefore making the camouflage technique useless when it came to concealing their presence.

Seeing that the opponent was affected by the blast of their own bomb tags and is now falling from atop of the now shattering Rashamon, Raditz molds chakra, causes it to rapidly vibrate to change the nature of it to Raiton while focusing it to the hand invertedly gripping the chokuto before releasing lightning thru the blade of chokuto while at the same time using his rapid movement to close the distance between them and bee lines pass the opponent in a blur of speed as he makes a lateral slash of his blade from left to right capable of slicing the opponent in half at the waist and severing the torso from the pelvis and below with little to no effort.

Once Circe summoned forth her wall she noticed shortly afterwards a loud crashing noise that was nearly undecipherable from behind the wall. Upon reaching the zenith of the wall she summoned previously and launched her kunai she noticed that her adversary was moving at exceptionally fast speeds towards her and managed to released a barrage of kunai in his general direction. In response to the kunai Circe simply focuses her wind chakra inside of her mouth and spews out a blast of concentrated winds that take the form of a twister. The power of the twister is enough to consume all of the Kunai in the nearby vicinity and cause them to be dragged inside of the wind itself. Once this was done the twister would continue to move forwards unhindered from anything that was currently in its path as it headed towards her opponent. Immediately after the twister was released, Circe performed a single hand seal and caused the ground ten meters around his opponent in all directions, in a circular manner to begin suctioning all of the solid ground downwards into that of a massive gaping hole. As his opponent would surely lose their footing, the twister in mid-air would continue downwards towards them encompassing the entire circumference of the hole.

Description: The user performs the Ram hand seal and causes the ground and everything on and around it to be sucked in towards the middle of a large pit, much like the method an antlion uses to catch prey. Upon being dragged to the centre, the victim will then be sucked underground. There the victim, depending on how deep the user makes them sink, will be trapped and/or suffocated. The range of the pit is determined by how much chakra is put into the technique.
In response to the opponent spewing the a twister from their mouth towards Raditz, Raditz was able to mold chakra superheating it to change the nature of it to katon while weaving a handseal and focusing it to his lips before he spew 4 large fireballs shaped like dragon heads thanks to shape manipulation. With the strength of the fireballs and the interactions due to Strength and weaknesses of wind, 2 of them disperse as they clash with the twister shot while at the same time dispersing the spewed twister as well while the other 2 continued towards the opponent. If the opponent would continue with the antilion technique they would be severly burned by the flames.

As the opponent would be dealing with the dragon head fireballs continuing towards them, Raditz would mold chakra and change the nature of the chakra to magnetism release. He would then use his magnetism release chakra to manipulate the electromagnetic field around the opponent turning the opponent into a living magnet. As a result the kunai that was within the twister shot technique and released from it when the twister shot dispersed would relentless hone in on the opponent with enough force and momentum to pierce thru the opponent's flesh and greatly damage the opponent closely following the flaming dragon heads. Meanwhile he would enter close range of the opponent following the kunai.

Description: Turns your opponent into a living magnet.
As Circe's twister marched forwards she soon noticed it becoming a bright orange to reddish color signalling to her that their was a disturbance in her technique, and judging from the shade it had turned it was likely that it was a fire technique. It wasn't long before Circe noticed two dragons composed of fire were being expelled towards her as she stood on the wall. In response to this Circe focuses her lightning chakra around her causing a dragon composed of lightning to form around her. Instantly as it was manifested she would expel it towards one of the dragons. Right after contact was made with the first dragon it would then leap to the next one, destroying both of them in the process. With the energy it still has left it made one last jump and this it was making a leap downwards towards his enemy. As the dragon came down from the air Circe sent her chakra into her opponent causing them to see a snake coil around them and bind with incredible pressure, this of course was a genjutsu, but her opponent would have to figure that out for themselves.

keeping his eyes fixed on the opponent continuing to use his chakra sensing Raditz was able to notice that the opponent was releasing chakra that was in nature with lightning. As the opponent would shoot the lightning towards the Raditz' flames, Raditz would mold chakra, invision splitting the chakra and grinding them against each other like two blades to cause the nature of the chakra to change to fuuton, focus the chakra to Raditz left index and middle fingertips before making a slight but quick motion of the hand while releasing fuuton chakra. Doing that would give Raditz the ability to manipulate the air behind the opponent to manifest a blade of wind that was capable to slice thru the lightning swirling around the opponent to continue and severing the opponent's head from their body before the opponent's technique would reach Raditz. Since that technique that the opponent use requires a constant concentration of chakra they would have to first cease this technique before continuing with an illusion. so either two things would happen.
The first would be the opponent never uses the genjutsu and continues to maintain the technique to connect with me. If so, before the technique would connect with Raditz the opponent would be decapitated, chakra flow would cease and Raditz would be in the clear. The second scenario is the opponent does go thru with the genjutsu. In that case the opponent would have to cease the lightning dragon tornado which would leave themselves wide open for the wind blade to sever their head from their body and would die. In either case Raditz would be the victor of this match.

Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materialises it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.
Just as Circe was going to release her lightning she notices a disturbance within her lightning manifestation. She notices that the currents of the lightning were being disrupted and disassembled and she knew the only thing that could do such a thing would have to be a wind-based Jutsu. Circe instantly became aware of her opponent's desire to not let her pull off her jutsu. She knew that this would put her in a bind because she would be forced still deal with the incoming wind and fire technique. Once the lightning dragon was no longer under Circe's control and left the dragon to simply dissipate either from lack of chakra or from the wind whichever came first. The wind was forcing its way through and so Circe instantly focused her water chakra beneath her feet from the moisture in the air, creating a smooth surface beneath her feet. Immediately after she would smoothly slide to her right and off of the wall and into mid-air. This movement would cause the wind to miss her by inches and for her to have moved out of range of the fire. Once in mid-air, she would stop fueling her water technique and perform two hand seal causing the earth three meters around the target to transform into a patch of adhesive ten meters deep mud and swiftly afterwards she would toss three paper bombs down towards his location and while her opponent dealt with this Circe would making her impact on the ground in mere moments..

Description: Ryuutai Suteppu is a very simple taijutsu technique with the enhancement of water. Can be used quite effectively to boost the randomness of movement when using Drunken Style. This technique will last for two turns, but the user will be restricted in using no other elemental affinities.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.
In response to noticing the opponent avoiding the wind blade, Raditz quickly molds a large amount of chakra while rapidly vibrate it to change the nature of the chakra to raiton as he extends both arms towards the opponent focusing the raiton chakra to his palms where he would use his raiton chakra to generate lightning before shooting it towards the the opponent. The lightning is capable of arcing during travel while traveling at great speeds which would mean the opponent would have to carefully defend in order to not get hit by it.

As the opponent prepared to defend against the thunderbolt, Raditz would mold some more chakra before changing the nature of the chakra to magnetism. With his magnetism chakra he would manipulate the electromagnetic field in the opponent's head preventing the natural synapsis between braincells, thus, forcing the opponent unable to make any movement of their body. Therefore, if there was any movement that is needed for the next technique the opponent wouldnt be able to make it and in turn would be severely shocked by the thunderbolt.

Immediately after Circe propelled herself into the air she noticed that her opponent had already begun releasing an attack towards her, a lightning one at that. This attack was coming at her in a quick matter, so in order to deal with it, she stopped channeling water to her feet. Instead, she began to sway her hands back and forth causing blades of wind to be released from them. These blades were large enough to easily counteract the lightning in any way that it would choose to move. Even after it had passed through the lightning it would continue to rage towards the ground aiming to slice the man in a multitude of ways and also leaving little room for running away. However, immediately as she stopped waving her hands she began to cause water to erupt from beneath her opponent. This water would emerge as the wind blades were still being released, and once the water emerged it would form into a dome of water with the man inside of it.

Description: The user creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water. The user can perform an attack while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is similar to Water Prison Technique, though the user doesn't need to keep his arm in the sphere of water.
In response to the multiple wind blades dispersing the thunderbolt and continuing towards the opponent, Raditz used molded a large amount of the chakra and superheated it to change the nature of the chakra to Katon before focusing the Katon chakra to his chest as he inhales before breathing out a large fireball at the opponent. The fireball would easily overpower the already weakened wind blades and continue towards the opponent. Using the cover of the fireball, would time a leap high into the air as the Maelstrom would form either from the opponent defending against it since they wouldnt have time perform another technique, or by getting hit by the technique.

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra and breath out from their mouth a large fireball that travels at the opponent. As it reaches the opponent it bursts into a maelstrom of fire engulfing them in flames.
Without hesitation, Raditz then reached for his chokuto while at the same time molding chakra and hardening it to change the nature of it to doton and focusing it to the blade of his chokuto allowing earth to form around the blade of the chokuto resembling a traditional broadsword. With a swing towards the mass of chakra being the opponent Raditz was able to sense, he was able to release the earth covering his Chokuto in the form of multiple extremely sharp scythes that are capable of severing the opponent's body into multiple small chunks with the impact of the scythes crashing against the ground would cause a shockwave that would quickly douse the flames from the previous maelstrom!

Description: The user coats the blade of whatever weapon their using with chakra-infused earth, making it resemble an oversized broadsword at the end. The user then slashes towards a target, sharp splinters of earth resembling sickles fly off the blade and towards the target. The sickles are extremely sharp, capable of severing off limbs and piercing trees. If the attack is at close range, the damage from the sickles increase exponentially. Though sickles are the common practice, the user is able able to make the earth projectiles take the form of small kunai or shuriken. However, this is just a visual change and the damage will remain the same.
