The battleground is a gigantic chain hanging from one side of a cliff to another. The chain made of an unknown metal, while far beneath there is a frozen lake surrounded by steep cliffsides with large rocks protruding from it.

Ulmo is found almost at the center of this massive chain, wearing his cape [Tarnkappe], while underneath, his Dragon Armor, as well as his Sword of the Thunder God and Tzeench is hidden from view. In addition to this he wields another sword, so as to decide whether he wishes to utilize one or the other depending on his adversary [Narsil].

Description: Narsil is a longsword wielded by kings of a long forgotten kingdom. It was said to be used during an alliance between men and Noldor to face the oncoming darkness. The sword being made of a metal that makes it shine like the purest silver, and with a black leather handle, with several engravings upon it. The sword itself is sentient, as it was infused with yang energy, giving it, its unique properties. The sword with its sentience, can sense the wielders chakra and any type of imbalance that may occur. Through this, the sword can send a cleansing energy through the wielder, effectively cleansing them of any spiritual intrusion. The sword itself has a chakra reserve that is of 200 in total, which it uses to perform its own abilities. Additionally, the cleansing ability can only cause a surge of chakra to go through the wielder with a total of 70 chakra per use.
In addition to its cleansing capabilities, the sword when wielded, creates a mixture of fire chakra and yang chakra, effectively creating a thin layer of white fire that flows across the sword, enhancing its cutting prowess through the intensity of the heat [+20 to Kenjutsu techniques]. Additionally, the sword can increase the intensity of the flames and cause them to increase in size, effectively causing the reach of any subsequent Kenjutsu technique usages to have an increase in range [+1 range reach]. The sword may supply the fire and yang chakra from its own supply or from the wielder [-10 chakra per turn from sword or wielder].
Outside of the cleansing ability and the increase in power to the wielders sword skills, the sword is capable of releasing an aura of yang chakra around the blade itself, creating several intangible dragon teeth that sprout from and cover the entirety of the sword. These teeth are "physically" longer than the sword, extending only a meter from the blade itself. These teeth will upon contact with a target drain them from their physical vitality. The dragon teeth lowers the targets physical speed, reaction, and ability to utilize powerful physical techniques. If the victim is touched only once, their base reaction/tracking is reduced to three quarters (75%) of their current stat, twice and their base speed and Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, and other body damage is reduced by half of their current stat, and thrice they will lose the ability to use any form of taijutsu or kenjutsu techniques, while a fourth contact will render them paralyzed, unable to do anything outside of breathing. These dragon teeth are sentient and can move around and extend further than the sword at their own whim, reaching targets within short-range of the sword itself.
Note:
  • The cleansing effect is of S-rank and can be used until the sword is depleted of its chakra reserve.
  • The cleansing effect counts towards the move count, and it has a two turn cooldown.
  • Increasing the range through the fire and yang that flows across the sword, counts as a move to activate, while it then stays active until deactivated by the wielder or sword.
  • The range increase to Kenjutsu techniques does not stack with other range increase techniques.
  • The Dragon Teeth ability costs a move to activate, however, it may be activated in the same timeframe and in conjunction with a Kenjutsu technique.
  • The Dragon Teeth technique counts as an A-rank ability, and continues to stay active after its creation, due to its sentience.

Oni had reached the destined spot: a giant, swinging chain that connected two massive temples from opposing peaks. From under his white Otsutsuki robes, his pale eyes surveyed the location and the figure that stood some meters away. He waited for some time before speaking. "Are you the one they call Ulmo?"

Ulmo stood upon the chain, as it gently swayed, the cold breeze coming from the mountain tops, causing the water that had amassed in his beard to slowly turn to ice. He had stayed within the temple for quite some time, using it as a sanctuary, a place of meditation. As he sat within the ancient abandoned temple, during his meditation, he released his chakra across the lands, to become one with nature is to know everything that is going on around you. Ulmo sat calmly for several hours, as he felt the land around him, every bird, beast and creature. However, his meditation was cut short, as he sensed an individual coming. Something or someone was climbing the mountain. He moved out onto the chain, the one path that led to the temple. As he stood upon it, he waited for the individual to show themselves.

As the white haired individual approached, he could see that it looked like a teenager, perhaps even a child, however looks can be deceiving, and he could sense the individuals immense chakra reserve. His red eyes easily distinguishable from the rest of his attire. He did however, recognize the robes that protected the individual from the cold, it was Otsutsuki robes. He stood in front of Ulmo for a while without saying a word, before speaking.

"I am the one they call Ulmo, even though it is not my true name. What brings you to this sacred temple and who are you?"

Ulmo stood, awaiting the response of the one in front of him. While, analyzing his every move, his attire, everything upon him and around him. He was curious as to what an Otsutsuki wanted at such a place.

Users can use this to determine the nature of a jutsu used as well as sense masses of chakra. The use of this can be compared to Sharingan's brutish level of sensory, able to sense collection of chakra but not the level of clarity and precision Byakugan has.
Note: Can only be used by bios with Sensory ability.
Note: After having on a bio for 1 month, users gain the ability to activate Sensory passively.

Oni stopped walking when he was 15 meters away. He noticed the man appeared to be gaurding the temple. That would be a problem, because he needed something from it. He dug into a poach behind his robes and produced a scroll. After placing his palm on the back of it a puff of smoke appeared followed by an eerie machine shrouded in rags. It stood there on the swaying chain with a deathly stillness. Chakra not yet poured into its circuitry but still it would be programmed to attack.

"I'll be needing access to that temple. There are certain tomes here that cannot fall into the wrong hands. Human hands."

He knew the man would likely be a powerful opponent, but Oni would not be deterred from his mission. His fists clench beneath the robes. He was getting ready to strike. "You have two paths before you now. Each very obvious. Choose wisely."

( Kinzoku Kugutsu ) - Autonomous Puppets

Description: An advanced type of puppet that makes use of scientific ninja tools to attain a limited degree of autonomy that ergo, enables them to act independent of a puppeteer. To initiate this method, each puppet must first be programmed with a set of specific functions that then makes use of a detection system to prompt them into action. More specifically, the puppets will be able to act whenever foreign chakra enters mid-range of them while deployed in a battle or in the same landmark as them (WSE). Once prompted to act, these puppets are capable of firing several chakra bullets in rapid succession to inflict major damage (A-rank with twice the speed of Jounin-ranked bios). In addition, they are also able to fire chakra bullets nonstop once every three turns, which results in a much higher collective damage output (Forbidden-ranked). But afterwards, the puppets are rendered unable to fire any bullets while they undergo a two-turn cooldown.
Note: Puppets are created with up to 150 chakra, able to be used for firing chakra bullets. These bullets are neutral to elemental Jutsu.
Note: Puppeteers are able to have use two autonomous puppets while cyborgs can used up to four.

Ulmo watched as the individual halted 15 meters from him. As he spoke, about the tomes of the temple, Ulmo's interest was peaked, however when he claimed that the hands of the humans would soil the tomes and be terrible for them. Ulmo was disgusted by the thought of someone like him, thinking that humans or simply, Ulmo, was unworthy of being in the presence of said tomes. Unknownst to the individual, Ulmo had indeed seen these tomes and intended to keep them secret and safe from the prying eyes of someone like him.

"You say that these tomes are supposed to be out of our reach... however... as the guardian of this temple, I will not let you retrieve them... It's a matter of their religious value to the people."

With that, he stood for a moment. The unmoving figure that had been summoned to the individuals side, clearly a machine of death. He intended to fight his way into the temple. So be it. Ulmo would manifest a winged beast, below the swaying chain, out of the sight of the individual, from where it would fly upwards and appear to the left side, at intense speed, aimed to crash directly into him and his monstrous machine. As the winged beast [phoenix] would appear above the chain to strike his adversary, Ulmo would continue his onslaught by releasing two kunai from beneath his cloak, one aimed at the monstrous machine, while the other was aimed at the adversary's chest, both marked with the symbol of Ulmo [Flying Thunder God] prior to their release.

Description: This is the technique through which Senju Tobirama and Namikaze Minato apply the sealing formula, that will allow the use of their trademark space time techniques, to any desired object through physical contact and allowing him to teleport to that desired location through the Flying thunder God Technique and the use of its variations. While Minato carries with him multiple kunais marked with the seal (making the core aspect of his fighting style which revolves around the use of FTG Kunais), Tobirama doesn't. To use the Flying Thunder God technique on kunais, Tobirama has to apply the seal to them though through one use of the technique he can mark up to 5 kunais (this is valid only for kunais and other basic weapons, not enemies or other targets of the seal).
Note: Can only be used by Senju Tobirama and Namikaze Minato bios.

Oni was unaware his opponent had formed the water beast, but he did catch it in his peripheral vision as it dove up from underneath. As it prepared to bomb his position Oni also noticed Ulma had thrown two chakra infused kunai through his now superhuman vision granted by a passively activated Byakugan. Oni would activate his flight technique, but instead of going up, would grab the autonomous puppet and dive off the opposite end of the chain into the misty chasm below. He would time this perfectly well with the water beast's impact, using the water and chaos to make it seem like he and the puppet was hit (also dodging the kunai). Then, levitating a few meters below the chain safe from the falling water and the passing kunai, Oni threw the puppet at the underside of the chain while activating it. The puppet would snap to life mid-air and latch onto the chain before starting a slow crawl toward Ulma's chakra signature which it could 'feel'. As soon as the puppet had left his grasp Oni would form a single hand seal and focus his chakra on creating an illusion within Ulma's mind, who he could still see. After the tornadoes died down and Oni rose from the pits he would look severely injured to Ulma. Due to the effects of Fortune (Kōun) it would appear as if the water beast attack had really done its intended damage to his body and he was now suffering with tattered robes, bruised limbs, and a slight lean to his posture. He would hover there and buy time while the puppet advanced.

"Ugh. Seizing an upper hand through sly tactics... how typical of you, and even more reason why I won't be stopped so easily."

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.

To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Sannin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.
( Furaito no Jutsu ) - Flight Technique

Description: Through the use of their chakra, the user gains the ability of unsupported flight and levitation. The user moves and maneuvers at his running speed. This can be used upon activation as a means of dodging attacks but afterwards cannot be utilized like such.
Note: This can be used by custom Otsutsuki clan bios, canon bios noted to have flight, and Juubi Jinchuriki bios.
(Kōan Genjutsu: Jōmyō Inin)- Koan Illusion: Mortal Dictata

Description: The Jōmyō Inin or "Mortal Dictata" is a Genjutsu developed by a skilled Uchiha during one of his episodes of meditation. The nature of the illusion was a paradox placed on his mind that tampered with how he perceived opportunity and misfortune. He later recorded these feelings and became able to replicate them in the minds of others through chakra, making it a Genjutsu. The technique begins with a Ram hand seal and placing the chakra on the opponent(s)' mind. The illusion has two parts; fortune or misfortune, and will be highlighted below.

Fortune | Kōun: This side of the illusion tampers with the opponent's visual cortex where it completely changes the appearance of the user and his techniques. The user will appear gravely injured and weak in the opponent's eyes. This can be anything from missing limbs to profuse bleeding. Again, this is a visual illusion is does not actually tamper with the opponent's cognitive perception of the user, it only provides visual stimuli that would lead him/her to believe the opponent is actually injured. The second use to this side of the technique is how it affects the visual information of the user's jutsu as well. In other words, a grand fireball from the user may appear like a measly fireball to the opponent.

Misfortune | Fukō: This the second side of the illusion changes the opponent(s)' visual perception of the user and his techniques so that they appear much more superior to theirs. The user may appear godlike (as in vastly superior in strength and not looking all shiny and golden), in their peak condition and appear very capable of combat. This also applies to the techniques where a simple wave of water may appear even more devastating, like tsunami level. Of course the illusion doesn't actually change the rank and damage of the user's techniques, it only changes the appearance and will go as meticulous enough to alter the terrain to compliment the false powered jutsu. Such as the trees being flung about from the water waves to houses being decimated.

Both sides, Kōun & Fukō, when used individually are S ranked in strength. However, they can be used simultaneously, but only on different minds. Meaning, the user may place Fukō on one opponent and Kōun on another at the same time they activate this technique. This can lead to incoherence between allies and further aid the user. However, it is impossible to cast both sides of the illusion on one person at the same. However, if this double use is used both the techniques Kōun & Fukō become A ranked in strength while the overall technique itself is immediately spent twice and hence can't be used again. But if the user applies one at a time he may wait a while before using it again.

- Kōun & Fukō lasts 2 turns each on the opponent(s), with a three turn countdown between each individual use.
