The battlefield is a town in ruin, its streets drowned in flame and ash after a devastating assault by Goku. Buildings burn like funeral pyres, their collapsing frames casting long, flickering shadows across the cobblestone roads. The air is thick with smoke and cinders, embers spiraling through the wind like dying stars. Screams echo from every direction; villagers fleeing in blind panic, their cries fading into the chaos as the inferno consumes what little hope remains. The sky above is choked in darkness, yet the fires below paint the battlefield in a hellish glow, illuminating the horror left behind. Bodies lie scattered across the streets. Men, women… even children, the silent witnesses to the carnage. Their still forms serve as grim warnings of the power that has already passed through this place. You stand alone in the town square, the heart of the devastation. Across from you, Goku waits at mid range, perched atop a two-story building like a predator surveying its prey. His silhouette is framed by roaring flames behind him as he looks down upon you, calm, unshaken… and ready.

From his vantage above the town square, Goku’s gaze locked onto the lone figure who dared to stand before him. This was no terrified survivor, no trembling bystander praying to be overlooked. This one stood firm, radiating a warrior’s defiant confidence, as if welcoming the storm gathering above.

“So… you do not flee. You do not bow. Perhaps you have already accepted your fate.”

Goku slowly raised his hand, fingers curling as crackling Ki swirled into a pulsing sphere of savage pink light. The air shuddered around it. Then, without hesitation he unleashed hell. Five orbs erupted from his palm in blinding succession, a spiraling salvo of destruction. Each sphere carved its own violent arc through the air, weaving and circling like hunting beasts closing in on their prey. They converged from every direction. And when they struck, the town square erupted in a chain of thunderous detonations, each blast a concussive shockwave threatening to tear the very ground apart around the unknown warrior.

(Ōzaru no Jutsu: Shujin Ki no Jutsu) Oozaru Technique: Master Ki Technique

Description: The basis of the Oozaru's unique Ki energy used to create physical outward blasts. These Blasts range in type, color and power dependent on the user and the chakra fueled into them. Through the use of chakra manipulation and focus the user can create these Ki blasts for a multitude of uses for offensive or defensive purposes ranging from energy blasts, beams, discs or a barrier.
Continuous Energy Blasts: The user will release either a single or multiple projectile spheres of energy. These blasts can be shot at various angles aimed to arc around to attack a targets from multiple sides. Upon contact these spheres of energy cause blunt force damage and can cause a target to be knocked backwards when hit.
Focused Energy Beam: A spherical beam of energy concentrated in the palms of the users hand(s) or released from their mouth. This energy takes the form of a concentrated beam shot in a single direction. It's size and Output is dependent on the user but is no thicker then 5m wide but can be shot out to long range. The user can sustain the beam at it's chakra cost per turn however they can only do so for one additional turn and cannot preform other techniques while doing so.
Destructo Disc: Focusing their chakra into the form of a razor sharp disc of energy no larger then 1m in diameter. The user will throw the disc like a shuriken upon a target. These discs are extremely sharp and can slice though defenses of lesser power following S/W interactions. Through the use of chakra manipulation, the user is able to maintain connection to the disc by using hand motions to manipulate it's trajectory however they cannot preform other techniques while doing so.
Energy Barrier: Using their chakra the user will generate a spherical transparent shield of Ki Energy around themselves to protect from incoming attacks. This barrier is highly compress to the point of being hermetically sealed. It's capable of blocking attacks of equal power, but requires a two turn cooldown, or four turn cooldown in the case of the S-rank variant before it can be used again.
Notes:
-Can only be used by Oozaru, bio's with Naturalist Summoning Specialty.
-Can only use S-rank variant three times per battle
-S-rank variant requires a two turn cooldown

Eren asks the man, clearly arrogant in his approach. Suddenly, a massive amount of chakra enhanced blasts are released, ripping the town asunder. Passively, Eren would activate his accursed Doujutsu as he responds to the blasts. With a few hand seals, Eren creates an orb of his own as he launches it forward in a curve - pulling all the Ki blasts into the centre - sealing them as they converge towards Eren.

The area has been set ablaze and Eren's red eyes shone through the darkness. Before him was a menace, a man with no morals.

"A king does not bow."

Eren states as he awaits his opponent's reaction.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill
Note: C rank usage is for 1T Sharingan, B rank usage is reserved for 2T Sharingan. A Rank usage is reserved for 3T Sharingan.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty

(Fuujin: Kuro Boido) - Wind Sealing Art: Dark Void

Description: With a seal mark written "封" between their hands, the user utilises shape and nature manipulation by performing Rat>Ram>clap hands to create a sphere of wind. The wind sphere is about the size of a bowling ball held between the user's hands and it contains the seal mark in its center. Once made, the user can launch the sphere at high speeds towards his target. Once it reaches their vicinity(or on impact), the wind sphere expands to 5m(short range radius) while the seal mark simultaneously activates, sucking in everything nearby and finally; seals them inside the mark which corresponds to the one on the user's hand. The technique however cannot seal a human person but can seal summons, weapons/tools, clones, techniques (if feasible), Edo Tensei summons, etc. The user can perform the reverse order of hand seals and slam their hand on the ground to unseal the technique.
~ 3 times per battle.
~ No wind or fuuinjutsu in the same or next turn.

Goku answered the stranger’s words with a low, careless chuckle; but it died the instant he saw the man’s eyes change. Scarlet. Blood-red, burning like fresh embers beneath ash. Three distinct tomoe spun slowly within each iris. Sharingan. The cursed eyes of the Uchiha. Recognition struck like a blade. Goku immediately averted his gaze, his focus shifting from the man’s face to the tension in his shoulders, the subtle balance of his stance, anything to avoid direct eye contact and the insidious grip of the Uchiha’s illusionary arts. With a sudden burst of motion, Goku leapt from the rooftop. He descended like a falling star, landing in the town square below without a sound. Stone cracked beneath his boots. The air was thick, choked with the stench of burning timber and scorched flesh. Charred buildings smoldered around them, their embers crackling as the last screams of fleeing villagers faded into the distance. This city was already dead. It simply hadn’t realized it yet. Goku straightened, a dangerous grin curling across his face.

“Ah… so you’re an Uchiha,” he said, his voice low and venomous. “It’s been a long time since I’ve killed one of your kind.”

He raised his hands slowly at his sides as Chakra bled from his body in thick, pulsing waves; unnatural, oppressive, alive. A ghostly aura flared around him, glowing and ebbing like a living flame. The ground trembled. His hair lifted, strands standing on end as its color bled from black into a soft, ominous pink, shimmering with power. The pressure alone was enough to suffocate.

(Kujaku Myōhō) - Mysterious Peacock Method
Type: Supplementary

Chakra Cost: 20 - 30 ( -5 per turn )

Description: The user will make the Bird hand seal and spill their Star Chakra behind them. The technique itself manifests in the form of a feather-shaped array behind them and spreads out a peacock's tail feathers, giving it it's name. This array of chakra allows various applications with their chakra through shape manipulation. As long as the technique is active the user can make full use of the star chakra. However, the longer the technique is active, the more detrimental it is to the user's health. The user's body takes increasing damage for keeping the technique active and for using its techniques. Prolonged use of the technique is incredibly difficult, with low ranking users only being able to sustain this technique for 6 turns at a time. The user is capable of deactivating and re-activating the technique at will. However, after two usages of the technique, the user will be unable to use the technique for the rest of the match.
Note: Genin and Chunin ranked members can only use for 6 turns at a time. Jounins can use for up to 8 turns at a time.
Note: Can only be activated if the user has more than 100 health but lasts as long as the user has health.

In the same instant, he moved. Goku broke into a sprint, arcing sharply to his left, yet some of his chakra did not follow alone. From the writhing aura surrounding him, a massive spectral wolf tore itself into existence, formed of pure energy and malice. Its eyes burned as it sprinted in the opposite direction, mirroring Goku’s movement perfectly. Predator and master closed in from both sides. As Goku lunged, lightning screamed into existence around his clenched fist. Crackling arcs of electricity wrapping his arm as he drove the strike forward, aiming squarely for the Uchiha’s shoulder, intent on shattering bone and nerve alike. At the same moment, the phantom wolf struck low. Its jaws opened wide, chakra fangs bared, snapping toward the man’s leg in a vicious, tearing bite meant to cripple and drag him down.

(Kujaku Myōhō - Kemono) - Mysterious Peacock Method - Beast

Description: After activating the Mysterious Peacock Method, the chakra feathers change to the form of an animal, such as a dog. The beast is dense enough to repel shuriken and other basic weapons thrown at it. The beast is created short range from the user via their feathers but can travel up to mid-range from the user. The beast can be controlled by the user as long as it is not destroyed or active.
(Ikazuchi Hirate Dageki) - Thunder Palm Strike

Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60 + 20 = 80
Description: The user charges their hand with an electrical current and then strikes at a target’s shoulder. The electrical current discharges on contact and can numb the arm for a short period of time, thus preventing the enemy from making any seals. The numbing effect lasts for one turn.

In an instant, a spectral rib cage of violet ether erupted into existence before his opponent, bones forged of chakra and wrath—forming the unmistakable manifestation of Susano’o. A colossal skeletal arm followed, phasing into reality with terrifying speed, intercepting Goku’s strike with a brutal twist of motion, the phantom limb lashed outward, counterattacking in one seamless, merciless sweep. Goku’s instincts flared. With scarcely a heartbeat to spare, he drew his aura inward, compressing his ki into a dense, shimmering barrier that wrapped tightly around his body. The skeletal fist collided with him in a thunderous impact, hurling Goku backward; but failing to break his defense. The shockwave tore through the battlefield. Dirt and shattered stone were blasted skyward as flames, smoke, and burning embers from the ruined town spiraled violently around them. The spectral wolf Goku had summoned moments before was ripped apart, its form scattering into motes of fading energy as the battlefield was swallowed in chaos. Raising one hand high above him, Goku began to channel his unique ki once more. The energy spiraled violently, condensing faster and faster until it took shape. A whirling disk of razor-edged ki, screaming as it spun, nearly a meter wide, its surface glowing with lethal precision. The battlefield seemed to hold its breath. With a sharp motion, Goku hurled the disk forward, the attack slicing through the air as it hurtled toward the Uchiha; an executioner’s blade aimed to cleave straight through him, should he fail to evade… or defend.

Continuous Energy Blasts: The user will release either a single or multiple projectile spheres of energy. These blasts can be shot at various angles aimed to arc around to attack a targets from multiple sides. Upon contact these spheres of energy cause blunt force damage and can cause a target to be knocked backwards when hit.
Focused Energy Beam: A spherical beam of energy concentrated in the palms of the users hand(s) or released from their mouth. This energy takes the form of a concentrated beam shot in a single direction. It's size and Output is dependent on the user but is no thicker then 5m wide but can be shot out to long range. The user can sustain the beam at it's chakra cost per turn however they can only do so for one additional turn and cannot preform other techniques while doing so.
Destructo Disc: Focusing their chakra into the form of a razor sharp disc of energy no larger then 1m in diameter. The user will throw the disc like a shuriken upon a target. These discs are extremely sharp and can slice though defenses of lesser power following S/W interactions. Through the use of chakra manipulation, the user is able to maintain connection to the disc by using hand motions to manipulate it's trajectory however they cannot preform other techniques while doing so.
Energy Barrier: Using their chakra the user will generate a spherical transparent shield of Ki Energy around themselves to protect from incoming attacks. This barrier is highly compress to the point of being hermetically sealed. It's capable of blocking attacks of equal power, but requires a two turn cooldown, or four turn cooldown in the case of the S-rank variant before it can be used again.

Goku watched his opponent closely, eyes never leaving them. He caught it right away, the chakra. Strange. Different. Yet the shape, the size, it mirrored his own technique almost perfectly. A disk began to form, spinning fast, aimed straight at his own. Ripping threw his destructo disc, weaken, The attack came. Goku's aura flared once more, chakra pulling in tight around his body, crushing in on itself until it formed a barrier just in time. The disk slammed into it and burst apart, energy exploding outward before breaking down completely, fading as it hit the barrier.

“Tch…” A grunt slipped from Goku. Annoyed. No, angry. Was this a joke?

After everything his opponent had shown him before, after witnessing the true reach of their power... Susanoo itself.. this was what they used? A weak attack, thrown at him like an afterthought. Like an insult. Goku clenched his fists. That wouldn’t do. He wanted more.

In the smoldering rubble, half-buried in dust and fire, a small figure stirred. Hurt. Shaking. Clearly confused. Alone. Eyes darting, not understanding what was happening. Just fear.

"Pathetic". Goku uttered as his lifted his hand. "Show me Susanoo.." Goku spoke quitetly, clearly unhinged, a glimps into his twisted psych

Pink energy from his aura gathered at his fingertip. Tight. Pressed in. Barely contained. It hummed, angry and focused, like it wanted out. He didn’t hesitate. Didn’t think. He aimed toward the rubble, toward the sound. This wasn’t part of the fight. It was worse. A message. A release of frustration. Proof of how displeased he was with his opponent’s last move. Proof that mercy wasn’t even a thought. Like a bullet this chakra is released, a small sharp spear no bigger then a freather aimed to tear through the heart of the child.

In its initial form (requires EMS), Sasuke's Susano'o has S-rank durability and for combat, employs either a sabre or a bow (S-rank constructs). With regards to the latter, it is able to produce arrows of chakra to use in tandem with said bow via an orb held by its third hand. Up to two arrows can be shot per turn with each retaining the same damage output and traveling quickly (2x Sage base speed). Alternatively, the arrows can be used as makeshift melee weapons. Once stabilized, the Complete Body form can protect its user from all but the strongest of attacks (100 damage). And with regards to its offense, its weapons can inflict F-rank damage up to long-range no matter the weapon being used, with the sword having been shown able to cleave mountains.
Indra Susano'o:
When drawing on the power of the Rinnegan, the armor surrounding the Complete-Body form is reduced somewhat while the size of the Susano'o nearly doubles, exposing the humanoid within. The humanoid form below glows like lightning and emits this lightning from it's body like Chidori. This Susano'o gains a significant power increase, allowing it to reduce up to 120 damage. It can also use it's blades to deal damage on the same scale, dealing 120 damage with the sword it generates. Sasuke is also able to perform his Chidori through this Susano'o as well as Susano'o: Great Fireball Technique and Indra's Arrow. This form can only be activated once per event and only after Complete Body form has been reached, being able to trigger it at any point after. However, this form only lasts 3 turns due to it's tremendous chakra burn, requiring 100 to activate and 40 per turn to sustain.

Though the flames have been stated to be unavoidable (since they are not a projectile but "happen" on focal point), this has been proven as false. While quite hard to avoid, its been proven that ninjas capable of moving at least 50 Speed can move out of the focal point before the flames actually ignite. While they burn for an incredibly long time, these flames cannot be doused nor extinguished by Water, burning it within a turn regardless of size or power. While these flames are hard to avoid, they spread and burn through the target slowly, spreading at the speed of a Forbidden Fire Ranked Jutsu. Also, its been noticed that Chakra sensors can sense the increase in chakra pressure in the eye, right before Amaterasu is used, but that in itself is not enough to dodge or block it. Another thing that has been shown capable of blocking Amaterasu are "sentient" automated defenses, like Gaara's Shield of Sand. By coming between the user and his target, a fast enough defense can block the intended focal point (the enemy) and defend him from the black flames, as long as its tangible and completely blocks the users line of sight.

Goku’s attack tore forward, aimed straight at the child. Eren didn’t hesitate. He swung the Dollmaster’s Blade, hard and fast, and black fire ripped from its edge. The flames weren’t normal, thick, crawling, alive. They smashed into Goku’s attack and swallowed it whole, protecting the child like a shield. Heat rolled out in waves as the fire burned. Goku clicked his tongue and turned his attention back town Eren. His hands blurred through four quick handseals. Chakra surged, flooding his body, a faint blue tint sliding into his aura as the damage from the Peacock Method began to heal. The air around them grew heavy, pressing down on everything. Wind kicked up suddenly, embers scattering and spinning through the battlefield. Then Eren let it loose. Chakra exploded from him in a violent wave, deep purple and enlightened, like something that shouldn’t exist. It gathered behind him, forming bones, then armor, then shape. An enormous ethereal warrior rose up around him; The Susanoo. Eren started walking. Every step cracked the ground beneath him, stone splitting and caving in as he moved closer to Goku. Goku stepped forward too. He dug deeper, pulling more of his Inner Star Chakra out. His aura flared, pink and purple pouring off him in massive waves. The energy stretched upward, twisting and shaping itself into a towering spectral peacock, its size rivaling the Susanoo itself. The two forces closed in. Goku didn’t back down. He planted his feet and waited. A grin spread across his face, sharp and eager. Not fear. Just excitement. The kind that only came right before everything broke.

Everything before this didn’t matter anymore. That fight was over. What came next was something else entirely. The air felt different now. Heavier. From this moment on, every move would carve something away... ground, flesh, even pride.

Description: While activating the Mysterious Peacock Method and conjuring forth the users inner Star Chakra and manifesting in the form of a feather-shaped array behind them and spreads out a peacock's tail feathers. The user will further manifest the formation through immense chakra control allowing them to increase their offensive capabilities while the Mysterious Peacock Method is active. The original feather array will sharpen and become more define while the chakra continues to wrap around the users body completing the peacock cloak of chakra around them. The increase in Star Chakra around the user's body granting them +20 damage to techniques that use chakra however this also makes the Assault formation even more detrimental to the user's health then the standard peacock method. The user's body takes increased damage for keeping the technique active. Increasing the amount of damage caused and chakra drained to the user to be double the amount per turn then the standard peacock method. Now taking -20 damage per turn instead of the usual -10 damage and draining -10 chakra per turn instead of the usual -5. This makes prolonged use of the technique is incredibly difficult being a high risk high reward technique.

His approach continues.

While the manner in which they work is somewhat similar, the technique can assume multiple forms that differ slightly both in appearance and use - similar to the normal Yasaka Magatana technique. Upon impact, victims are forcefully thrown off of their feet and quickly incinerated, taking full damage at one time before the Magatana disperse that turn.

Eren speaks his name as a black flame condenses in his Susanoo's palm, heavy, strong yet wrong. Then it’s gone. No warning. No buildup. Just pure destruction tearing forward. Goku’s eyes snap wide. Too fast. Way too fast. There’s no time to think. No time to dodge. Instinct takes over. Goku throws his hand forward and something forms. A three-dimensional windmill shuriken made of plasmoid; clear, almost glass-like. At its center, a small glowing sphere hums softly, energy arcing outward in sharp, living streams. Another shuriken blooms just behind it, locked in its shadow. They don’t fly. They spin. A rotating shield, screaming with power, right in front of him. The moment it exists, the black flame hits. The clash detonates. Light and darkness rip into each other at point-blank range, the explosion swallowing everything. The ground cracks. The air shatters. Goku is hurled backward, his massive ethereal peacock cloak flaring wildly as he skids across the scorched earth. He doesn’t stop there. Using the force, Goku kicks off the ground, skipping back again, clean and sharp, slipping through the falling debris as chunks of lingering black fire rain down around him. He lands, steady. A grin creeps across his face.

“Eren Jaeger…” Goku says, voice low but thrilled. “I’ll remember your name.”

(Fuinjutsu/Purasumoidoton: Fuma Shuriken) Sealing Arts/Plasmoid Release: Demon Windmill Shuriken

Description: The user will focus their chakra as they place their hand to the side them creating a three dimensional Windmill Shuriken shaped construct of Plasmoid above the palm of their hand that is also embedded with a fuinjutsu script. The Plasmoid appears to be transparent with a small sphere located at its center that glows with a soft light as arcing streams of energy that radiate from it. What's unique about this technique is the fuinjutsu applied to the shuriken give it the ability to track the chakra source of a target, making it almost impossible to evade. This means that one must stop or block the Shuriken as simply moving out of it's path would be ineffective as the Shuriken will quickly correct course. The Shuriken is dense and extremely sharp able to slice a target as the arcing energy would be drawn to the target, absorbing heat from the target weakening it. The center sphere then seems to explode with a tremendous amount of force creating a short-ranged blast radius. The user is able to use double the chakra cost to effectually create two Shuriken, with one hiding within the shadow of the other, requiring some form of enhanced perception like Sensing or Doujutsu to notice the second Shuriken. The technique isn't limited to just affecting physical matter; it can also affect chakra-based defenses and intangible elements as well; But the resulting damage that this technique can produce varies considerably, being more effective against heat based elements.

He focuses again. Chakra gathers, tight and controlled. Goku inhales deeply; the smoke, the heat, the scent of a town still smoldering. It calms him. Centers him. Then he exhales. Power erupts. A concussive blast of fire explodes from him, forming a single massive sphere, glowing with a fierce pink hue. It roars through the battlefield, aimed straight at the Susanoo, and Eren within it. Goku laughs as he shouts, eyes blazing.

“Surely that’s not all your Susanoo can do, Eren!” Goku yells out, wanting more.

Another shuriken blooms just behind it, locked in its shadow. They don’t fly. They spin. A rotating shield, screaming with power, right in front of him. The moment it exists, the black flame hits. The clash detonates. Light and darkness rip into each other at point-blank range, the explosion swallowing everything. The ground cracks. The air shatters. Goku is hurled backward, his massive ethereal peacock cloak flaring wildly as he skids across the scorched earth. He doesn’t stop there. Using the force, Goku kicks off the ground, skipping back again, clean and sharp, slipping through the falling debris as chunks of lingering black fire rain down around him. He lands, steady. A grin creeps across his face.

“Eren Jaeger…” Goku says, voice low but thrilled. “I’ll remember your name.”

(Fuinjutsu/Purasumoidoton: Fuma Shuriken) Sealing Arts/Plasmoid Release: Demon Windmill Shuriken

Description: The user will focus their chakra as they place their hand to the side them creating a three dimensional Windmill Shuriken shaped construct of Plasmoid above the palm of their hand that is also embedded with a fuinjutsu script. The Plasmoid appears to be transparent with a small sphere located at its center that glows with a soft light as arcing streams of energy that radiate from it. What's unique about this technique is the fuinjutsu applied to the shuriken give it the ability to track the chakra source of a target, making it almost impossible to evade. This means that one must stop or block the Shuriken as simply moving out of it's path would be ineffective as the Shuriken will quickly correct course. The Shuriken is dense and extremely sharp able to slice a target as the arcing energy would be drawn to the target, absorbing heat from the target weakening it. The center sphere then seems to explode with a tremendous amount of force creating a short-ranged blast radius. The user is able to use double the chakra cost to effectually create two Shuriken, with one hiding within the shadow of the other, requiring some form of enhanced perception like Sensing or Doujutsu to notice the second Shuriken. The technique isn't limited to just affecting physical matter; it can also affect chakra-based defenses and intangible elements as well; But the resulting damage that this technique can produce varies considerably, being more effective against heat based elements.

He focuses again. Chakra gathers, tight and controlled. Goku inhales deeply; the smoke, the heat, the scent of a town still smoldering. It calms him. Centers him. Then he exhales. Power erupts. A concussive blast of fire explodes from him, forming a single massive sphere, glowing with a fierce pink hue. It roars through the battlefield, aimed straight at the Susanoo, and Eren within it. Goku laughs as he shouts, eyes blazing.

“Surely that’s not all your Susanoo can do, Eren!” Goku yells out, wanting more.

An insurmountable chakra rages within the man - as he focuses his approach. Unflinching and deadly, the man launches his own attack against the deadly sphere of Amaterasu. The black flames of legend met with an equal force - capable of stopping it in its tracks as it explodes in a maelstrom. Instead of holding back, Eren focuses. His eye changes, adopting the rippled pattern of the Rinnegan. This was more than a fight, it was a declaration of power.

The Susano'o also reaches its full form, now enhanced by the activation of the Rinnegan. Manifesting a bow and arrow, Eren unleashes a powerful arrow at the incoming sphere of fury as hurls through the sky. The roaring fire matched with the piercing screech as the two sounds echo across the battered town. A furious meeting, as the arrow easily destroys the enhanced fire, and heads downwards, aiming to deliver a ballistic impact. Eren's eyes remained focused, able to accurately track whatever the man could unleash.

( Doujutsu: Rinnegan ) - Eye Technique: Samsara Eye

Description: One of the 3 great Doujutsu, the Rinnegan has, like the other, the ability to see chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. It also allows the user a great clarity of perception and tracking abilities, although its levels vary from user to user. It also grants a family of abilities collectively known as the Six Paths Technique. The user is also able to summon and control the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path. After receiving half of Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki's chakra, Sasuke awakened a Rinnegan in his left eye, with three tomoe on each of its two innermost circles. If overused and weakened enough, it will temporarily lose the tomoe and it's full strength until fully recharged. During this time, Sasuke will also lose the ability to even form his Mangekyo Sharingan within his right Sharingan and access its powers until his Rinnegan has recharged. As a result, using the Rinnegan repeatedly requires Sasuke to close his eye to recharge initially.
Note: Requires the user to activate EMS at least one turn earlier.
Note: Requires activation and lasts for 6 turns before reverting to the normal Rinnegan pattern, requiring a cooldown period of at least 2 turns in which his EMS is also deactivated. While in its inactive/recharging form, the user cannot make use of any of it's abilities.

Description: Sasuke's strongest technique, Indra's Arrow can only be used by his Indra Susano'o. Sasuke creates a longbow and arrow that is infused with lightning-natured chakra and Six Path Chakra. This technique is massive in scale, with it's point alone being 5 meters wide. This arrow can cross landmarks, reaching as far as Sasuke can sense chakra. The technique due to it's Six Paths influence, has no natural weaknesses but retains Lightning's strength over Earth and it's properties. When released, this technique sounds much like Chidori and the chirping birds that gives it it's iconic name. Should it make contact with an opponent, a massive short range explosion occurs after it pierces them.
Note: Can only be used by Sasuke while in his Indra Susano'o.

Description: Susano'o is a gigantic, humanoid avatar made of the user's chakra which manifests around the user and becomes an extension of their will, acting and attacking on their behalf. By default, Susano'o is anchored to its user and they to it: in its less developed forms it will move around with the user; in its more completed forms the user will be suspended within Susano'o, being brought with it as it moves. This connection allows Susano'o to shield against physical attacks, becoming more difficult to penetrate as it is manifested more fully.
Standard:
In its initial form (requires EMS), Sasuke's Susano'o has S-rank durability and for combat, employs either a sabre or a bow (S-rank constructs). With regards to the latter, it is able to produce arrows of chakra to use in tandem with said bow via an orb held by its third hand. Up to two arrows can be shot per turn with each retaining the same damage output and traveling quickly (2x Sage base speed). Alternatively, the arrows can be used as makeshift melee weapons. More notably, its own abilities can be used in conjunction with Blaze Release, which occurs passively. At this level, it becomes able to use Yasaka Magatama as well.

Complete Body:
Two turns after it initially manifests, the user stabilizes their chakra and hence induces their Susano'o to advance to its final form. In its final form, Susano'o acquires new traits including a tengu-esque nose, wings for flight, and robes with ornate armor. But more importantly, it gains power akin to a Bijuu. Once stabilized, the Complete Body form can protect its user from all but the strongest of attacks (100 damage). And with regards to its offense, its weapons can inflict F-rank damage up to long-range no matter the weapon being used, with the sword having been shown able to cleave mountains.
Indra Susano'o:
When drawing on the power of the Rinnegan, the armor surrounding the Complete-Body form is reduced somewhat while the size of the Susano'o nearly doubles, exposing the humanoid within. The humanoid form below glows like lightning and emits this lightning from it's body like Chidori. This Susano'o gains a significant power increase, allowing it to reduce up to 120 damage. It can also use it's blades to deal damage on the same scale, dealing 120 damage with the sword it generates. Sasuke is also able to perform his Chidori through this Susano'o as well as Susano'o: Great Fireball Technique and Indra's Arrow. This form can only be activated once per event and only after Complete Body form has been reached, being able to trigger it at any point after. However, this form only lasts 3 turns due to it's tremendous chakra burn, requiring 100 to activate and 40 per turn to sustain.

Note: Counts as a move each turn it is active; moreover, Izanagi and Izanami cannot be used.

The flames burned leaving scorched ground and air that still felt too hot to breathe. Embers drifted around, slow and aimless, as the battlefield seemed to go calm. Goku and Eren stood there. Just looking at each other. Measuring their might, maybe. Waiting. It felt heavy now. Like everything before had only been leading here. The real fight had started yet...

“I can do so much more.” Eren didn’t raise his voice. Didn’t need to.

It wasn’t a threat. Just the truth. Up until now, he hadn’t gone far. Not even close. Goku smirked at that. Small, but genuine. He knew the feeling. He’d been holding back too. Then the ground shook. Power rolled out of Eren all at once, rough and violent, and the Susano’o began to rise. Chakra poured into shape, loud and dense, like it was forcing itself into the world. It took form completely. Massive. Solid. An avatar made from will alone. Its shape started to change. The face stretched, sharp, a long tengu-like nose cutting through the air. Wings tore free from its back, wide enough for flight. Robes formed around it, heavy, layered with ornate armor that looked ancient, worn, earned. And it kept going. Still growing. Still rising. The size doubled, maybe more. Past what its complete form should’ve been. Past reason. It towered over everything, its glow swallowing the field. The very enviroment being twisted, lighting excerting from it's back as a humanoid avatar pears out form the Susano's armor. Goku’s peacock avatar stood beneath it now. Small. Almost nothing. Goku looked up. Just stared. For a moment, there was awe there. Surprise. He hadn’t expected this. The scale of it. The pressure. The kind of power that didn’t just hit hard, but weighed on everything around it. This was more than he thought Eren could do.

"Magnificent..." Goku uttered under his breath

His Peacock Method flickered for a moment. Then… it was gone. Faded away. Just like that. No time to hesitate. He drew in natural energy, fast, violent, pulling it inward, twisting himself, changing. His mastery of senjutsu had never been pushed this far. And now it snapped into place. Oozaru Sage Mode. Legendary. Unstoppable. Undergo physical alterations. His hair is lengthened while becoming wilder, reaching down to the middle of their back, while two long pointed bangs of hair appear on both sides of the neck. Goku's muscularity increasing and tearing off his shirt while he gains a fur tail and a thick hide. Speed and reflexes kicked in. He dashes back, dodging the arrow. Barely. The explosion followed. Goku, staggering backed. Needing space. Needing room. Eren’s Susano’o loomed over him. Massive. Terrifying. But Goku was ready. Then he let it out. A surge of raw internal power, unstoppable and wild. Star Chakra poured from him like a storm, erupting into the sky. Pink. Bright. Angry. It twisted itself into a gargantuan form, a snake-dragon with wings, pure chakra given shape. Massive, large enough to rival Eren’s Susano’o. The air screamed. Lightning cracked around the dragon. The ground shook. The sky itself seemed to bend. The pink chakra was unnatural, twisted. Poisonous almost. Everything around it warped under its weight. And there they stood. Two titans. Massive. Facing each other. Silent. Waiting. The world seemed too small for them now.

Description: An empowered state of body achieved by blending natural energy with one’s physical and spiritual energy. The mode heightens performance on all levels by adding a new dimension of power to the user’s chakra. The state is a direct result of Senjutsu chakra circulating through the body. To enter this form, a minimum of 10% of the user’s maximum chakra reserve must be molded into Senjutsu chakra, all subsequent technique employ Senjutsu chakra until the minimum cost (-10/turn) cannot be paid to sustain the mode. Once activated the user will undergo physical alterations. Their hair is lengthened while becoming wilder, reaching down to the middle of their back, while two long pointed bangs of hair appear on both sides of the neck. The user will have increased muscularity while they gain a fur tail and a thick hide. This hide however does not increase the users Damage Resistance, instead as a payoff the user's healing factor gained by Sage Mode is higher then normal, providing a healing factor of 15 per turn while active. The user is able to passively sense chakra and his/her perception and reflexes are enhanced. Their strength increases, empowering Ninjutsu and Taijutsu techniques by 30 and increases the users speed, rivaling monkey sage mode. Additionally, the user is able to break out of Genjutsu, using Genjutsu release technique one rank lower than what he would normally be required. Lastly, gained though Oozaru's unique ability of Ki control. The user is able to make use of their ability of flight, being able to fly and maneuver as fast as they can run.
Notes:
-Usable three times per battle by Perfect Sages and must wait two turns before using this technique again.
-Once per battle, the user is able to instantly activate Sage mode, with 10% of their maximum chakra reserve as Senjutsu Chakra.
-Perfect Sages can convert a maximum of 40% of their total chakra reserve

(Kujaku Myōhō - Ryu) - Mysterious Peacock method - Dragon

Description: The user will channel their star chakra and have it completely envelop them in a dark purple aura and shoot up into the sky. The chakra will form a serpentine like dragon and wrap its lower body around the user. Upon being created, the user can passively control the dragon to have it dive and attack or release powerful blasts of star chakra equivalent to A-rank (once per turn). The user may also chose to have the dragon grow wings to elevate the both of them, however they can only fly as fast as their current speed. Due to the use of all the user's star chakra, the user cannot use any other Mysterious Peacock technique while this is in play. The dragon may remain on the field a total of 4 turns and doesn't require the user to have previously activated the Mysterious Peacock Method. However once this technique ends, the user's body will have sustained so much damage that they will only be able to use the Mysterious Peacock Method once afterwards (if possible) and for a total of 4 turns instead of five.
Note: If the user was using their Mysterious Peacock Method technique when using this, they will collapse unable to use above A rank techniques for 3 turns. This technique can only be used once per battle.

The dragon’s mouth opened. Wide. Inside it, Goku, hands outstretched. Fingers splayed. Gathering everything. Every ounce of power. A sphere began to form. Massive. Almost see-through. But inside it, pink energy burned bright. Glowing. Pulsing. Lightning arcing across its surface. Plasma snapping and dancing. The sphere grew. Faster. Bigger. Expanding from the dragon’s mouth. Then, without warning, it burst forward. A wave of pure, raw energy shot at Eren’s Susano’o. A test. A strike. A challenge. The air screamed. The ground trembled. And everything held its breath.

(Purasumoidoton: Shishou no Jutsu) Plasmoid Release: Master Technique

Description: The user will perform a number of handseals (B-rank = 2, A-rank= 3, S-rank = 4) depending on the amount of chakra they wish to use in order to create various three dimensional objects out of their Plasmoid chakra. These forms are limited to the user's imagination and the Plasmoid appears to be transparent shape with small sphere located at its center that glows and radiates arcing streams of energy along the confines of the shape. Once a target encounters the Plasmoid, the center sphere grows bright and explodes outwards with a tremendous amount of force, while the exterior walls of the structure effectively restrict the size of the blast radius and/or allows the blast to extend outward upon the targeted area up to 5 meters, the energy drains the object of its thermal energy if its weak to Plasmoid which can force organic objects to be flash frozen in place. The size and shape of these objects are also determined by the amount of chakra the user plans to use. C-rank usage can create simple objects such as basic 3-d shapes, swords, shields, platforms, etc. These may be no larger then the user's own size. B-rank usage allows the user to create objects no larger then double the user's own size. A-rank use allows the user to create objects that can cover a 5 meter area. S rank would allow the user to create objects up to a mid-ranged area. They can however be used like a projectiles that reach out to long range and can be maintained at the expense of chakra per turn during which no additional Plasmoid techniques can be used.
Note:
-Can only use S-ranked technique twice per battle, A-Rank can be used three times per battle.
-Requires a two turn cool down following the use of the S-Rank variant
-Constructs may be sustained with C and B ranks draining 5 additional chakra per turn while A and S ranks will drain 10 extra chakra per turn.
