Gray was roaming around in barren lands when his gaze caught a person..... no it was rather a child, A child with a moderate built for someone his age and wore the Konoha's protector on his forehead. Oyye! what are you doing here, Instead of replying the child started sprinting towards him as he released a valley of shuriken from his hand, Gray could easily see there trajectory path, so he leaped a little backward as he released 4 shuriken to intercept the incoming ones. Then Gray noticed something extraordinary no it was something rather unusual in a battle...... is he kidding with me or something >_> was Grays first thoughts, being a guy who does not easily fall prey to such a thing he was able to resist it rather easily..considering he was in some sort of battle.

*Konohamaru runs towards Him "Take this! biggo" when get really close to Gray he kicked the ground sand on the ground rises in order to make it get into Gray's eyes then Konohamaru ducks and kicks with a rotation on the leg in order to Make Gray fell on ground.
Gray notices as the child approaches him head on, waiting for him to come within the range of his vicinity but the course takes a rather unexpected event as he kicked to send the sand in his eyes.....does he think I am stupid enough not to counter a head on distraction attack z.z..... were the first thought that ran through Gray's mind as he swiftly jumped a meter back to avoid the raising cloud of sand, as he jumped back he pulled out a kunai in his hand which was already tagged with a paper bomb and threw it towards the ground, the kunai landed in front of the Kid,the blast from the paper bomb did no real damage to the kid as it was not aimed directly towards him but it did push him a little backwards and cleared the sand cloud.

As Gray notices you run away he uses Shadow Stealth and follows you undetected and as you come to an halt he simply moves to your back side and takes out a kunai and places it at your shoulder...
Rule 101... never let your opponent get out of your sight and never ever show them your back.
