Walking into the patients room, Fuu immediately begins by charging aggressive chakra over her hands before sweeping them over her hands and face, as as to remove any harmful bacteria/particulates that she might spread to the patient. Standing next to the patient, Fuu visually scans him for signs of any severe damage as she alters the chakra in her hands to a less aggressive state, before sweeping them over the patients body.

Upon sterilising both herself and the patient, Fuu proceeds to place her hands on his chest, using her chakra to identify any health issues and injuries the patient is suffering from. Immediately, her chakra informs her of the multiple internal injuries; ranging from bruises to fractured ribs, as well as two open wounds on the patients shoulders, that look as if a kunai or perhaps a set of giant Shuriken and stabbed him. On top of the internal injuries, Fuu also notes that the patient has burn marks, caused not by fire, but by lightning based jutsu, that overlap with many of the severe bruises. Well boy, seems like that's all I can do for you. I'll go see if there is a Doctor around, just stay here in the mean time.
Before Fuu leaves, she picks up the clipboard at the end of the bed and scribes down her diagnoses for the Doctor to come:
Patient has two large puncture wounds, one in each shoulder; possible caused by giant shuriken. Also has an array of internal bruises and several cracked ribs due to blunt for impact, possibly from some form of Strong first taijutsu.
To top it all off, patient has electrical burn marks over some of the bruises. All injuries appear to be concentrated in the Abdomen, mainly the Torso region.

*Noctis will start by diagnosing his patient thoroughly as he does not know which bones might be fractured and how severe the possible fractures are. But first he has to heal the wound on Mako's back as the losing of too much blood could be more deadly than the broken bones, seen as the patient does not have any obvious symptoms of the bones puncturing anything, even though that is not sure. Before he can heal the patient, he first has to clean his hands. He focuses his chakra and transforms it into more yang based chakra.
As he has done this he starts to release it steadily through one hand. Not too much, as this would hurt himself, and not too little as this would have no effect. Having found the right amount, he uses it to clean his other hand and performs the whole ritual again for his other hand.*

He changes the chakra into a more yang based type and starts to release it steadily through his hands, once again not too little and not too much. As he found the right amount, he places his hands on each side of the wound created by the shuriken, running the chakra through the wound to clean it so that it can be healed safely.*

*With the patient's wound being sterile now, it is ready to be healed. Noctis focuses his chakra into his hands again and turns it into a more yang-based type of chakra. The chakra glows greenish as Noctis uses it to speed up the body's healing process. With all the bacteria out of the way, nothing can stop the wound from healing correctly.*

Description:
This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by focusing mainly Yang chakra onto their hands, forming an aura of greenish healing chakra which he then sends into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it very useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. The limitation of the technique is that it cannot regrow missing body parts or deal with poisons or toxins, though it can heal its damage. For each damage point the user of the technique wishes to heal he needs to spend twice as much chakra. Basically, for X amount of damage the user needs to spend 2X amount of chakra to repair/heal. The user can also use this technique on himself and it can be used with one hand or two and even in two targets at a time. The speed of the healing is fast but not instant, specially in internal injuries.
*Now that the biggest threat is gone, Noctis can focus on the presumably less dangerous injuries. To identify the bones that are fractured, Noctis has to run his chakra through the patient's body. He again focuses his chakra into his palms and releases it steadily, again not too much and not too little in order to be accurate and not hurting the patient. He places his hands on the patient's body again, running the chakra through their body. Once the chakra returns to him he knows what bones are fractured. There are two ribs fractured, the right collar bone is broken and the right wrist. The lungs are not hit by any bones, and the skin is completely intact on the places where the bones are fractured. There are no complications whatsoever due to the fractured bones, which makes Noctis' job much easier.
The next thing to do is heal the bones, for which Noctis focuses his chakra again and releases it into the patient's body. The chakra goes into the fractured bones and makes the osteocytes in the bones release calcium which he can use to heal the bones. After he is done with the ribs, which he heals first, he moves to the collar bone, and then the wrist, healing all of them.

Chiyute no Jutsu (Bone Healer Technique)

Description: The user uses the Medical nature of his chakra to influence the osteocytes to start releasing their calcium, which then creates a welded suture between two ends of a broken bone. After that the osteocytes lock the calcium back into their structure and the bone is healed.
Note: This technique takes 2 turns to completely heal a bone, taking 25 chakra for one turn (making the bone half-way healed) and another 25 the other turn to heal it completely, meaning it actually takes 50 chakra.
*Last but not least, the numb jaw. Even though this is not dangerous whatsoever, it still is annoying, therefore Noctis will heal it too. He focuses his chakra and places his hands on the patient's jaws. He then releases the chakra into the jaws, to the nerves.
As the numbness is caused by the injured nerve endings, Noctis has to use his chakra to regenerate them by controlling the cell cycle so the patient will get the ability to feel and therefore use their jaws again. *
