Him being the best dosen't mean he cant lose to element disadvantage, even Deidara who's an S-class Akatsuki member was rendered useless aganist a raiton user.

I would like to see how any Raiton Darui has will counter Kitsuchi's Sandwich Technique.
In CQC I would give this to Darui, however, Kitsuchi can simply raise the ground beneath him to get out of Darui's range and finish him with Sandwich jutsu.
I'll go with Kitsuchi.
