i think the first kages were the stronger like kabuto said the fourth and fifth kages are weak compare to the 3rd kages.we only know 1 first kage hashirama and 1 second kage tobirama.people thought the 3rd kages were the strongest when its not true.i believe 3rd hokage didn't surpass any of the hokage maybe tobirama.the 4th hokage had the potential to become stronger but died so young so saying minato is the second strongest hokage is stupid i believe his the 4th strongest hokage.also we only seen a 2 of second kages fight all seem to possess odd abilities like 4 elements and yang release and only 1 defeated.now imagine the first kages.people seem to believe minato and 3rd kages are the strongest when it was stated that they were nothing compare to the ninjas that existed before them.tobi stated that this generation will surpass the previous not that every generation had surpass the previous.i believe the strongest are 1,2,4,3, and 5 because the 4th generation defeated the 3rd generation.so do you thinkthesam

true kishi made the ninjas beat 3rd kages easy meaning the first and second kages will be a challenge the 4 generation surpass the 3rd generation but not the 1 and 2 generation.so people need to stop overestimating minato he never surpass any of the 3rd kages he died so young but he did surpass the 4th kages

what your saying doesn't make sense muu is the second tsuchikage and onki is the third the first tsuchikage was first revealed in the manga 575 which you can go read while i cant post links while im new so break up your writing a bit and post up stuff dat makes sense and is true and the previous tsuchikage are stronger than onkki and the first is a bug user or bee user that clan was rivaled against shinos clan

one thing the 1st had special blood so he was above a shit load of people in those clans, 2nd each generation they develop jutsu sometimes superior and a more advanced than a previous. Imagine if the 1st knew rasengan and the second knew chidori come on and i will respect your opinion on the matter though, since this is because kishi in part 2 of naruto put the 1st as a god now, so we all think anyone in his generation can compete with him.

and to the op, its been stated that the third was the strongest hokage

I would venture to guess that Onoki would be the most powerful Tsuchikage considering how long he's been alive and how powerful he is considering his age

And we haven't been introduced to the Third Mizukage yet, it's quite suspicious IMO considering Tobi took control of the Hidden Mist after his/her reign
