Time Travel is seperate from the multiverse. Beerus in the main timeline wished to restore the Earth, but he would have no reason to do it in Trunk's timeline.

Universe 6 is different. Universe 7 has timelines in its own Universe otherwise, you'd have to think about the other 10 Universes that have to involve this.
